BEWARE of being blamed for smoking on balconies if your next door neighbors are the culprits. That was a major issue we encountered while staying. They tried to bill us the $400 cleaning fee. "We loved the location! Just a short walk across the street to the beach! Close the the Cortez bridge and marina for easy dining and getting off the Island easily! Very clean and outfitted with all we needed! Having beach chairs in good condition was a real plus! The courtyard is so well kept and we used the grill and ate outside! We had a great stay!!!!!"
