  • LAST MINUTE OPENING! WEEK OF 7.11 TO 7.18 OPEN FOR 4 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY. CAN'T COME THE WHOLE WEEK? NO PROBLEM! YOU CAN DO 4,5 OR 6 NIGHTS INSTEAD!

    Located in the highly sought after area of South Yarmouth known as Gateway Isles, this four bedroom two bath home gives you amazing waterfront access. Featuring a private dock, a waterfront patio and an outdoor shower, you and your guests will enjoy maximum outdoor living! The main floor of the home features an open concept kitchen/dining/living area along with three bedrooms (2 w/ queen beds and 1 w/ twin bunk beds) and a full bathroom. The upper level features a landing area with futon and another bedroom (queen bed) and another full bathroom. A wall mounted AC unit in the upstairs bedroom keeps that room cool and a large wall mounted AC unit in the main area keeps the lower area cool. The home is located .4 miles from Thachers Beach, .5 Miles from Seaview Beach and .6 miles from Parker Rivers Beach. Bring your boat and enjoy days out on the water! Or just enjoy the view and the water breezes. Four kayaks are provided for your enjoyment!
    Seven night minimums, Saturday to Saturday during the peak season. Pets are considered on a case by case basis. $100 per stay per pet additional cleaning fee required. Dock usage for boating is available for an extra $500 per week. Subject to applicable taxes and fees. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00. Upon receipt of a booking request, an agent will reach out to discuss additional security protection which may be required at this property.

Reviewer Comments: This is our Fourth year in a row renting 15 Swordfish would not go any other house rental we have been renting on Cape for the last 30 years this is the best of all, we always do two week split one in July and one in August can not wait for August to get here. Great location, poor furniture

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location at the end of a finger into the Parker River is beautiful, and the dock & kayaks are wonderful. Outside patio has a lot of furniture, a working gas grill, and a little fire ring. However, everyone at our cottage was a little sleep deprived because the mattresses were soft & saggy. The living room couch (the only furniture in that room) was the opposite: stiff & uncomfortable. The recline feature for the couch did not work at all. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes & pans, but no amenities such as salt & pepper. Housekeeping staff did an immaculate job.

Great location and great views

Really nice place. Only cons would be it could use a fire pit and the upstairs toilet ran frequently. Other than that great place.

July 4th

Enjoyed every minute of our time here! Excellent location, house was well appointed and had everything we needed, and the yard was perfect for lounging around. Can't wait for our next visit!
