    2 Story Island Vacation House construida en 1997. 3 dormitorios / 2 baños. Duerme hasta 10 personas. Bien decorado.
    Arriba, 1er dormitorio tiene una cama queen. 2do dormitorio tiene camas full y twin. Baño contiguo a los 2 dormitorios y entrada desde la gran sala. La sala de estar tiene un sofá cama, el más adecuado para un niño / adolescente.
    En la planta baja hay un amplio dormitorio con 2 camas matrimoniales y una cuna plegable. El segundo baño está en el dormitorio. La sala de estar tiene un futón que se abre a una cama completa, la más adecuada para un niño / adolescente.
    Patio trasero cercado y bastidores seguros para equipos de windsurf / kiteboard en el patio trasero. El garaje tiene un área de 8 'x 12' que los inquilinos pueden usar para guardar el equipo. Carro de tubo de PVC para mover el equipo al agua.
    Ubicación tranquila a 300 yardas calle abajo del agua de la bahía donde hay bancos para ver la puesta de sol.
    1-3 bloques de 3 de las principales tiendas de windsurf / kite board de SPI que ofrecen lecciones y alquilan excelentes equipos.

Great stay! We had a wonderful two nights at this property. The location is extremely convenient and is a great value! It is an older property but kept clean.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The location was great, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. We really appreciated all the thoughtful touches and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great Vrbo experience!

Absolutely great for large families. The hist is available lepretty much instantly and they live next door. Arlene was so nice.

Amazing Beach Stay – Pet-Friendly and Fully Stocked!

We loved our stay at this beach rental! It's in a perfect location—just a short walk or drive to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The house had everything we needed: a full kitchen, comfy beds, fast Wi-Fi, and even beach gear. Our dog loved the backyard!Clean, cozy, and convenient. We’d definitely stay here again!

comfy place for our family of 8 to enjoy South Padre Island from. we loved how close it was to the beach (walking distance). our dog was glad to join us and enjoyed the backyard. host was very responsive to text when needed. we would definitely stay here again.

The property was clean and very spacious. We had a lot of room and I'm one that likes to entertain and feed my family. I was comfortably able to do that. It waa nice having the owner right next door. We will be booking with her again.

holiday stay

Arlene was very accommodating and pleasant to interact with. Loved that she made us and our dogs feel at home for our stay. Would definitely recommend and can't wait to stay here again!
