  • Impresionantes vistas del sol, el surf y la arena! Este apartamento para no fumadores de 1 dormitorio y 1 baño fue bellamente renovado en 2019. Todos los electrodomésticos / características modernos y los muebles de lujo renovados hacen que su estadía sea cómoda y le ayude a sentirse mimado. Despiértese con un increíble amanecer sobre el golfo cada mañana desde su balcón privado. El calmante sonido de las olas del mar lo tranquiliza para dormir por la noche y lo lleva a la playa durante el día. El complejo Tiki Condominium cuenta con 2 piscinas grandes que se calientan durante el invierno y están rodeadas de exuberantes jardines.

Loved the place. It was perfect for what we were looking for. Close to the beach. Being able to get drinks at the bar right next door was a plus.

Cozy condo right by the beach. Enjoyed a long weekend with my husband and dog here. First time at SPI and looking forward to coming back.

Amazing views!! Super clean and gorgeous place to stay!! Nice bathroom and the towels were super nice! Just awesome little details that make a difference when you’re staying somewhere!

True, the property is on the beach…however the balcony and main view looks over a Courtyard hotel pool and 90% of the beach view is obstructed by their huge pavilion. The property is maintained nicely. Very quiet and a nice pool with plenty of seating. Easy walk to the beach. Up & down to the 3rd floor wasn’t a problem. The kitchen and appliances were very good. The bathroom was spacious and towels were great. We would recommend this unit to friends and family. SPI is a great destination.

This property wax very nice. If 1 out of 10 I will give 8 the only reason is because towels. We are the type of people that don’t use the same towels twice. We had to wash which that was conveniently on the property. We wenr and brought more towels to match the bathroom. Overall hands down a very beautiful property, no issues, ocean right there and the owner was very responsive!

We had an amazing time. The weather was fantastic, and the beach was super close. The rooms were clean, and we’ll definitely be returning.

Rental was very clean and had great direct access to the beach. The grounds were very nice and even the amenities were great. The owners were very responsive and helpful with checking in and instructions. The Patio was nice and had a nice side vantage view of the beach.

A perfect spot with a beautiful view we loved how clean it was compared to many other placed we have stayed at. The next door hotel has a bar and party on the weekend with great music! The beach was steps away and perfect for our little to have morning walks right on the beach.

This is our second stay and we'll be back! Love the location, cleanliness and amenities of the condo. Highly recommended.

Loved the condo! Right next to both the beach and the pool, last condo on the complex closest to the beach, so great view from the balcony of both the beach and the weekend fireworks! Had all the amenities we needed, great decor, property owners were very attentive and responsive. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!

The unit was in an excellent location with an excellent view of the beach/ocean. The condo community was very clean and safe with easy access to the beach

Condo lived up to expectations. Great view of the beach as the balcony sits just to the side of the beachfront view. Furniture and bed were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. We had concerns with the hotel being right next door, but we ended up ordering drinks and food from their beach bar so it worked out perfectly! We enjoyed our stay and will be back for sure.

Nice place on the beach!

The property was nicely located on the north end of South Padre Island. There are a few hotel bars/beach bars right next door with reasonably priced drinks and delicious food. The other residents of the condominium were very polite and pleasant to be around.
