Guest Access:

All Tiki Condos by La Copa Vacations feature digital keypad entry. Fulfill all document and fee requirements to receive an email with instructions and a unique entry code, which deactivates at 11am on your check-out date.

Nestled beside Bar Louie and the Beach Bar at the Courtyard by Marriott, The Tiki Condominiums is a beachfront complex, just a few steps from South Padre Island’s top dining and entertainment options including Barry’s Bistro and Clayton’s Beach Bar. Nearby, you'll also find On the Border Tex-Mex, the renowned Sea Turtle Conservatory, and the Birding and Nature Center. The Tiki is conveniently close to various boat docks, the Convention Center, and the famed kite-boarding area, 'the flats'.



Getting Around:

Easily navigate South Padre Island with the free South Padre Island Metro, granting convenient access to most areas across the island. Moreover, make use of the 'Park and Ride' facility located in the southern region of the town. Additionally, Gulf Blvd. is recognized for its bike-friendly environment, offering an additional hassle-free transportation option for your island escapades.

Our condo is thoughtfully equipped with baby-friendly amenities to make your stay as convenient as possible. We provide a changing table, portable play yard, baby bath, child-friendly utensils, a high chair, and a selection of children's books. Whether you’re here for a short visit or an extended stay, we've got everything you need to make your little ones feel right at home.v

Pets are welcome for an extra charge of $50 plus taxes per pet.
