  • Unit 306 is a spacious 2 bedroom 2 full bath unit with large living areas and bedrooms. A fully stocked kitchen with utensils, pots, pans and coffee pot. These units share a large swimming pool, a kid pool and a large hot tub. Just steps to the beach and close access to Wanna Wanna, grocery mart, and gas station. These units boast large balconies that overlook the pool and lush courtyard. Charcoal BBQ Pits and security are a plus. THIS IS A 3rd FLOOR WALK UP. Because HomeAway does not collect the 17% city and local tax, that will be due in addition at the time of check in!!!! We have no elevators at this property.

The condo was great for 6 adults. We love to cook, and the kitchen was large and stocked. The pool was warm and just what we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Honestly I enjoyed every bit of it. It was a very cozy place. I would definitely stay here again. My kids and I enjoyed everything.

I like the condo, i just didn’t like that the smaller bedroom doesn’t have a tv. Plus the other bedroom’s tv was crazy hard to figure out (which we never actually did), especially with there being 4 remotes in the room just for one tv. The only other “problem” we had was a bit of sugar ants. We noticed them as soon as we got there and had to go buy ziplock bags because everything was getting ants! Something I thought was odd: we were only provided one roll of paper towels and one trash bag and for a family of 6 for a weekend, it really wasn’t enough and we had to buy more. Loved the courtyard & balcony! Also the stairs can be a lot if you have handicapped family or a lot of stuff!

The condo was very nice when we arrived. It had all the basic necessities we needed. The location was perfect. The beach, coffee shop, taco place, Wanna Wanna grill, gas station, gold cart rental were all walking distance. People stayed out late in the courtyard pool, but the noise wasn’t too disturbing. The street is actually Verna Jean, not Polaris, like what was stated on the email. Overall, my family & I had a great Labor Day Weekend

Parking was bad. Don't bring a full sized vehicle. The beds were uncomfortable. The king in the main suite was like sleeping on a rock. The sheets were terrible. Maybe 200 thread count. Not enough towels, & No pool towels. No toilet paper after what was on the roll. The toilet paper roll in that bathroom was the wrong size and kept falling off. The thing is you have to climb 3 flights of stairs. I didn't come to stock an apartment. No one was following the rules at the pool. We had to leave a day early because they partied until 2 am! The windows didn't help, or the walls I guess. We had to call the police!! I have never had to do that. The pool is small, no enough chairs, umbrellas or space for people without children. You pay a cleaning fee, yet you are expected to tote out your own trash. We did! I don't recommend this place. It was pretty. The stay was not. I sent a message to the owner. Crickets!

Has potential

When we arrived, the unit didn’t seem completely ready for us. One of the restrooms didn’t have toilet paper, there were not any sheets for the pullout couch, nor enough towels for the five of us. Thankfully, the property manager came through in acquiring these items; he really saved the entire experience for us. The forms to fill out upon check-in, the “rules sheet,” and other signage like for wifi need to be updated. The paperwork was almost unreadable due to poor printing/copying and there were various wifi passwords listed on notes/sheets. Other than that, the apartment/condo is within walking distance of the beach, but if you are carrying things like coolers or a tent, then you’ll probably need to drive closer to the beach to unload. I’d probably stay again solely due to the affordability and location of the property. Easy fixes could make this place a really great place to stay.

We had a great time at our South Padre stay! Room was clean and check in was easy. Communication with owner was simple and the walk to the beach was short! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

The condo was very nice, as pictured. Everything was clean, which for me is a must. The kitchen was supplied with everything needed to cook. Having a full kitchen and washer/dryer is the best about renting a condo!! Thanks Seascape for a great experience!!

Loved it

This was a wonderful stay for our family. Upon checking in, the property manager was prompt and friendly. The condo was better than expected! The only downside, which is already made clear in the listing, was the walk up stairs to the third floor. Will definitely highly recommended and consider for our next trip back!
