The Harbor Club heated enclosed pool and outdoor spa are available during your stay!

Our two-story home boasts 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, providing ample space for up to 12 guests. It was built in 2021 and nestled in a more wooded corner of Harbor Club. You will still have the convenient location to the Marina and lake and access to the association pool but with more privacy and fewer neighbors. Our large patio will let you enjoy the views of the surrounding trees. It's the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or relax in the evening with the whole family gathering around the fire pit for s'mores. (Or to relax with a cocktail after the kids are in bed)

The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay and is open to the main living room, making it easy to socialize and entertain while cooking. The main living room is furnished with a large couch and cushy chairs, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the area or spending a fun day on the beach. The large television has access to most of the popular streaming services, so you can catch up on your favorite shows or movies (requires the renter to sign in to their own account).

The home is also outfitted with all the basic comforts required: Wifi, two smart TVs, central air, washer and dryer and gas grill. All towels and linens are provided along with body wash, shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom. Additionally a tankless water heater ensures everyone gets their hot relaxing shower after a day at the beach! And detachable toilet safety rails are available for anyone who needs extra assistance. The blackout shades in every bedroom will give everyone a good night’s sleep.

For beach lovers, access to the sandy shores of Lake Michigan is just a 10-15 minute walk away on a dedicated pedestrian pathway separated from the street. Alternatively, you can rent a golf cart from the nearby Harbor Club Resort and Marina for a fun and unique way to get to many of the other nearby beaches. (North Beach and South Beach are just a 5 minute drive) Beach chairs and towels are available for up to 12 people, as well as 2 beach umbrellas to provide shade on sunny days. A folding wagon is also provided to help haul everything to the beach.

Access to two association pools is included in your stay. The main Harbor Club pool is just 2 blocks from the house and has a retractable enclosure. This means it is enclosed and heated in the off season and the enclosure is retracted so the pool is outdoors in the summer (which means this pool is open year round!). There is also a hot tub located in the pool area. The pool located at the Woodland Harbor Marina is just a 5 minute walk away. It is outdoors and available Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend and is a great summer option with views of the boats coming and going.

Up to 3 vehicles can park in and around the house. Additional parking is located across the street or anywhere designated "Overflow Parking" within Harbor Club.

After a long day of exploring or beach combing, you can come back to the house and unwind with a variety of toys and games for both kids and adults alike. From board games to pool toys, there's something for everyone to enjoy.

Our home is pet friendly, up to 2 pets allowed for an additional fee. Dogs of any size are allowed. Please contact us for additional details.

Bedroom Layout:
All 4 bedrooms are located on the second floor. Both full bathrooms are also on the second floor.

Bedroom 1: Large bedroom with a king bed, a chair that folds out to a single cot and a walk in closet that has been converted to a nursery featuring a full size crib and changing table.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed with pack 'n' play and slumberpod available

Bedroom 4: A dream room for kids (or kids at heart) with 2 sets of twin bunk beds and a chalkboard wall. (2 bumper pads available for lower beds)

The sunroom includes a sleeper sofa to accommodate an additional 2 guests.

Note that we have a ring doorbell that may take photos and record video.

If you choose to cancel your reservation the CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE will NOT be refunded regardless of when you requested the cancellation.
