This 750 Sq. Ft. Stand Alone Cottage is located in a quiet, gated, rural area just minutes to the historic Sonoma Plaza and its lively dining, shopping and wine tasting rooms and a short drive to over 50 wineries. There’s a sense of coming home when you arrive this tranquil, sunny 2-acre shared property. The interior is tastefully furnished in a contemporary style, and has a friendly, open design. The living area has a large couch, comfortable leather reading chair, a large screen TV/DVD and a fireplace. The spacious bedroom features a king size bed with luxurious linens and en suite bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for assembling a quick snack or preparing a more elaborate meal. The private outdoor patio has a hot tub, BBQ & comfortable sitting area. The Petite Syrah Cottage, with its picturesque setting and intimate feel, is ideal for couples.

The special touch of music and a bottle of wine started our stay off to a great start. The location is central to many different places to go, wineries and parks. We enjoyed the hot tub and loved sitting outside near the grass and flowers. The place is very clean and is stocked with everything needed. The bed is super comfortable. The place is very safe, quiet and peaceful, great place to relax. We really enjoyed our stay.

If you're looking for a safe, beautifully decorated, comfortable spacious rental for your visit to Sonoma, look no further. Gated grounds, quiet neighborhood, private entry, this place has it all. Sonoma Excursion

Enjoyed staying at this nice little cottage not far from the Sonoma Square. The ambiance was cozy and full size kitchen made it easy to prepare some meals when not eating out. Bikes provided were a big plus and an easy ride down the Sonoma bike trail to the square for wine tasting and shopping. Would have liked to have a TV in the bedroom.

Overall, the property is what we expected. The area is a little "interesting." Getting the gate code just before we arrived was a bit concerning. With a little upgrade, this could be a 5-star.

Perfect spot

Petit Sarah was the perfect spot for us. We were very close to everything we wanted to do in the Sonoma area without being near the Plaza. We had. We had busy days and it was so nice to come home and relax in the bungalow. The staff was wonderful. They were so helpful and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend!

Beautiful Place!

We had an amazing stay here! Hosts were so welcoming and included everything that you could possibly need! Location was safe and secure. House was immaculate. Bed was super comfortable! I would definitely stay here again if I was visiting Sonoma.

Perfect place for us

We spent two nights here on a 17 day trip. This was probably our most favorite. Able to throw a couple loads of laundry, comfy bed and pillows. Relaxing kitchen/living room and loved the hot tub!! So relaxing. Would definitely return.

California Road Trip

We can't say enough good things about this property - the location, communication and vibe were perfect! When we arrived there was music playing, a welcome note and bottle of wine. The binder contains everything you need to know about the area and the property. Emails from the property manager a few days before and day of gave us everything we needed to get checked in. We would highly recommend staying here. Quiet peaceful area - clean, relaxing and perfect California vibe.

Quaint Private Cottage with Easy Access to Wineries

This cottage was very cute and exactly what my wife and I wanted for our vacation away. There is plenty of space for the two of us and the hot tub was a nice treat on the cool Sonoma nights. Access to the wineries in Sonoma and Napa was very easy. The host also provided a bottle of wine and some chocolates, which was a nice surprise. We would definitely stay here again.

Great house that was super clean and well stocked with everything you could need. Arrived to lights on and a bottle of wine! Made access easy with instructions. Private, beautiful gem!

Such a wonderful stay! The location felt secluded but is close to town, the unit was spotless, very comfortable and well-equipped and the owners were excellent communicators. We are looking forward to returning many times!
