"룸 컨디션만 괜찮음. 체크인 같은 기본적인 시스템이 오류로 인해 한시간 정도 걸렸음. 신설 호텔이라 그런지 직원들 업무 숙련도도 낮음. 또한 건물에 엘레베이터가 매우 적어 이용할때마다 시간이 많이 걸림. 브랜드는 좋지만 별4개정도 수준인 호텔임."

"Pet 베른 숙박했습니다. 반려동물은 없었지만, 숙박 가능하고, 준비되어 있던 반려용품들은 베란다 쪽으로 옮겨두고 환기를 시켜 지내는데 문제 없었습니다. 내부 환경이 절경이고 산책로와 내부시설이 정말 깔끔해서 꼭 다시 올 생각입니다."
