"It was your typical hotel room but our particular room had a lot of issues. Not sure if it's property wide but I can only assume. The toilet leaked, the bathroom sink was cracked, the bathroom faucet was broken and wouldn't shut off completely, the sleeper couch didn’t have bedding and was stained, the edge of the TV was broken, and the a/c wouldn't turn on. "I made a reservation while in route to Macon for a medical emergency. When I arrived at the site, the date had been entered incorrectly, It was for the following week. The agent at the desk needed me to get the reservation information so that she could change the date to get me a room, I looked it up and returned to the desk, she had left and the young man at the desk told me there was nothing that could be done but he would charge me for another room.
