"I walked in and walked out. Never stayed here. The place had mold on the headboards, the photos are inaccurate, and the reviews are fraudulent. The place is questionable and unkempt. There was a dirty mattress in the breezeway leaning on the wall when I arrived."

"Perfect location literally a four minute drive to Mercer campus. Accommodations were top notch, check in/out was a breeze, communication with Kay was easy and she was checking in every day to make sure we had what we needed, which was amazing. House was CLEAN. Be mindful of the area because we questioned it a little. But it was quiet and we felt safe the entire time. Will be staying here again."

"Host allowed men to enter the residence after dark on the first night without prior notification while I was undressed preparing for a bath. The door was locked but they entered, How would you feel? Numerous windows would not lock.Air conditioning was not working; yet, within the booking excellent air requested.Smoke detectors missing. Preparing to exit the following morning……another male showed up asking to enter the residence to change a lightbulb.How would you feel finding multiple men...

"The inside of the property was very clean and nice! The neighborhood doesn’t look like a great area. The outside of the townhomes look in need of repair but we did not have any problems with anyone and it was pretty quiet. The driveway is a 1 vehicle driveway and on a very steep slope. We had a little issue with the stove not working right at first but it eventually did and we didn’t have any more issues with it from then on. They were going to send maintenance out but it started working before...
