The room was in chilly side as main bedroom radiator didnt work the car parking is ridiculous - cant get out Pool is nice compulsory swimming caps outdated no soap showers either €5 a night to park if use external booking partners no idea why so I didnt dine in hotel at all ! "What an amazing place to stay. From the moment you pull up the beauty of the hotel and grounds will take your breath away. Check-in was a breeze. Front desk staff went out of their way to show us around and to our room. Too at the front door was super helpful with our bags and then with places to eat and pubs with live music. In the morning the breakfast was perfect. Service was fast and friendly. Sad that we only had one night there and didn’t get to enjoy the whole place "

"I want to start by saying the location is great, right on Quay Street and the staff was very kind and helpful. And if perhaps we had gotten one of the rooms overlooking the street as shown in the picture it would have been better. Not sure if it was because we booked through Expedia, but we were put in room 105 which is the smallest room in the hotel and the window looks at a wall (which they tried to decorate with fake vines) with a green neon light that is the same day or night. "An absolutely fantastic stay. We stayed in a snug room and it was plenty for what we needed it for. Shop just across the road, plenty of cafes and brilliant pubs nearby. Really close walk to the lanes. Amazing stay"
