"Too far from Narita airport. Next time I’ll use Haneda."

"Room was clean and bed was comfortable. I accidentally dropped something behind the toilet and when I went to retrieve it, it was evident that area had not been cleaned recently. Otherwise, comfortable stay. I did get in late and they were very few food options – the 7-11 in the airport had limited choices. This is my only complaint. Otherwise, amenities were great and location cannot be beat for convenience to the airport."

"The hotel was beautiful! The room was very spacious and clean. Their breakfast buffet was so good. We loved the fact that there was a Family Mart connected to the hotel! Also there is a train station conveniently located right across the street. Definitely recommend 10/10."

"We booked a Deluxe room with 3 beds and a Skytree view and stayed for 5-nights. Me, my wife and my son like the room, its spacious and clean. Kudos for the housekeepers!"

"It’s a wonderful place. Not too close to the hustle and bustle of Tokyo but close enough if you want to be. The hotel is immaculate and the staff were helpful"

My favorite part of the hotel was the rooftop! It’s usually no one up there and you can...

"Terrific"

"Room was a little small, but it is Tokyo. Really big TV though lol. Really nice, easy stay."

"First off, place was so clean and there's a coffee shop downstairs! Love that! Place is also sooo close to Sensō-ji temple which is so nice if youre a tourist because you could visit there so early in the morning or late in the evening which is great to avoid the crowd. We did early morning walk and I loved it! I regret staying for 1 night only. Our trip was tokyo-osaka-tokyo. I regret not choosing this property when we went back to Tokyo. There's very few reviews about this property so I...

"Very authentic japanese style. Comfortable, good location to get around"
