"Average Stay, Disappointing Service
Check-in was slow and frustrating because my HKID showed my maiden name, while my prepaid Expedia booking was under my Canadian name. Despite providing my Canadian driver's licence, the verification process took so long that I was 45 minutes late for my school reunion.
The housekeeping lady was exceptionally polite and pleasant. However, the reception and entrance staff rarely greeted guests or helped open the doors, making the hotel feel...

"The hotel was fabulous 👌 thanks to our lovely receptionist Queenie we got an early check in and had about 5 hours more in this lovely hotel.
We had a harbourview room and it was truly spectecular.
The only improvement could be the breakfast, which was very disappointing."

"It was a great stay, but one of the three rooms we booked was dirty or was rushed on cleaning. We did request a refresh the next day since we went outside for the whole day; that one was still dirty and felt rushed. The other two rooms were spotless tho. The staff were very friendly and helpful; kudos to the guy who helped us keep our luggage while we strolled around after the check-out"
