"The location was great, quality of the service by staff was awesome but property has certain maintenance issues.
The door was locked and mechanism did not work, they replaced that and it took 30 mins.
Also, with the rain all savage system came out from the toilet at 2 am in the morning and they moved me another room for just one night."

"The hotel was fabulous 👌 thanks to our lovely receptionist Queenie we got an early check in and had about 5 hours more in this lovely hotel.
We had a harbourview room and it was truly spectecular.
The only improvement could be the breakfast, which was very disappointing."

"Average Stay, Disappointing Service
Check-in was slow and frustrating because my HKID showed my maiden name, while my prepaid Expedia booking was under my Canadian name. Despite providing my Canadian driver's licence, the verification process took so long that I was 45 minutes late for my school reunion.
