"This is truly a gem of a place! We had 4 families stay, 17 ages 16-50 and a 1 year old. Plenty of beds, plus there were air mattresses if needed. Everything we needed for 1 year old, even toys outside. Can’t say enough about the outdoor area, where we spent all our time when at the house. Lots of place for all of us. "Overall, my wife and family enjoyed their time here. Pros: great location, well-stocked kitchen, lots of spaceCons: there is an ant problem in the kitchen, place hasn't been dusted in awhile, and assorted small things are broken (smoke detector, towel rack etc.)All in all, they had a good time. The place needs a good cleaning and a visit from Orkin and it would be perfect."
