Enjoy the Seminyak experience in a clean, private, spacious and very friendly environment. Villa Seri is within 3mins walk to the main street of Oberoi and walking distance to the beach. Everything you need for a nice holiday is inside and around the villa :-)

Guest staying at our villa will have:
- Free Airport-Pickup for min of 2 nights stay

The size of Villa Seri is appr. 420m2 and it is located off Jalan Kayu Aya (aka Jl Oberoi, Jl Laksmana, Eat Street), the most prestigious street of Seminyak, which offers a variety of boutiques and shops that carry the world's leading clothing brands. Not to mention the best restaurants and spas are found on this unique street as well.

It only takes a 5-minute drive to the beach and the famous KuDeTa beach club (or an exciting shopping walk of about 15 minutes).
Along the way you find many nice restaurants, leisure centers, shops and spas. It's super convenient if you want to explore Seminyak and don't like driving around too much.

Entspricht den Fotos, Sauberkeit ist verbesserungswürdig

Die Villa entspricht den Fotos. Leider war die Sauberkeit nicht gut( Toilette zeigte " spritzer" von den Vormietern, Geschirr musste auch erstmal gereinigt werden da es Essensreste der Vormieter aufwies) Zudem kam.morgens und abends noch ein Haustier in Form einer Ratte vorbei. Mit Eidechsen und Ameisen bei offenem Wohnraum muss man rechnen aber die Ratte war dann nicht so toll. Die Geräuschkulisse ist aufgrund und der Lage klar ( erstes Haus in einer Seitenstraße direkt an der Hauptstraße) mit Ohropax kann man aber gut schlafen. Der Kleiderschrank befindet sich im Außenbad, (persönlich fände ich im Zimmer einen Kleiderschrank besser) und die Küchenausstattung mit Töpfen und Pfannen könnte auch besser sein(es gibt nur einen kleinen Topf kleine,Pfanne und eine mittlere Pfanne) Da das Geschirr in einem geschlossenen Schrank steht riecht dieses auch danach, was für manche unangenehm ist.

Amazing Villa

The Villa in Seminyak was amazing. We had a very lovely driver Agus pick us up and he helped us bring all of our luggage into our Villa for us. The Villa manager Amanda was really nice and friendly and made sure we were looked after, even after our security safe wouldn’t open, she came out late at night to unlock it for us. The Villa itself was very big and had enough room for me my wife to really enjoy our honeymoon and feel at home. The pool is bigger than most villas too so it made it more enjoyable to swim and enjoy our stay. As for the Villa location, it was pretty close to a lot of restaurants, so it made it easy to get food whenever we wanted (especially with Gojek and Grab) and it was close to a lot of the other places we wanted to explore and see. It was also close to a lot of spas and massages which were extremely good for relaxing, especially on our honeymoon. The only downfall is that at night it got busy on the road so it was very loud. This could of been because we went during peek season. All together the Villa and staff were amazing and we would definitely stay here again. We might just have to go when it’s not peek season ahah.

Lovely Villa shame about the traffic noise

Two bedroom Villa very spacious with a Bedroom located at each end with a private bathroom. Open roofed showers; mine was near an alley way so the street smells, traffic fumes permeated the bathroom. The traffic noise was non stop all night. Walking distance to Eat Street but no footpaths, at night we had to use a torch so we didn't fall into the open drains etc scary dodging the traffic. Pool was lovely for a private swim, with towels and outdoor drying racks. Bedroom & Bathroom locked and there was a wooden plank to put inside the front doors that open onto the street. There were no security guards but we felt safe. No Villa address until the day before so we were hassled by tours we had booked. When they couldn't find us we realised we had been given the wrong street number. TIP - send photo of the outside of the Villa via Whatsapp. No need to take adaptors there are USB outlets. A box of mozzie repellers supplied but we had no need for them. The entire living space is open; so there are frogs, geckos, heaps of centipedes which we were careful not to step on. Gallon water supplied was fantastic. The place was clean but switches for the fan, lights etc were grimy. Free Internet, Prime and Netflix. Close to a convenience store and money exchange shop. Free Airport Driver but we had to pay for the return trip, it was half the price for a Grab. Property Mgr Amanda was fantastic, really lovely and let us stay extra two hrs when our flight was delayed. Thank u

Fantastic Holiday

The Villa was exactly as described in the ad. The location was fantastic, walking distance to all markets, shops, restaurants, cafes & bars. The villa is big, perfect for 2 couples sharing. The high walls provide privacy and safety, however, you still get a lovely breeze through the villa. Amanda, the manager was very helpful with all our questions and organising a driver when we needed.

Unreal stay

Accommodation was just as good as the activities. We had lots of good food close by (lots of places expect cash). Pool was great to cool off after long day, able to cook if we want and filtered water cooler was great. We hired a private driver who found the location easily and quickly. Felt very homely, easy to have a day there or out exploring. Very secure high walls and private in the villa. Wi-Fi, Netflix, really made this a great stay.

Girls trip

Stayed at this villa with a friend for a week and absolutely loved it. Amanda the manager was always so available and helpful. The villa was so spacious and comfortable and the pool was beautiful surrounded by tropical gardens. We felt safe there at all times even though there is no security guard as it is on a well lit road. Very reasonably priced and so close to ‘Eat street’ and other great restaurants just on the same street as villa. We will be back!!!

Great Villa, SUPER host team!

Villa Seri provided us (two couples) with an ideal setting and fabulous location for our Bali getaway. You’re a short walk from top notch restaurants but far enough to escape the noise of the nightlife. Stephanie was very responsive as an owner to all my questions. And after our arrival Amanda took excellent care of us. She arranged travel and spa appointments and was very kind and gracious. We had a small issue with an interior door lock which was repaired immediately! We took full advantage of the tour guide they recommended (Agus) who drove us to see everything on our wish list while intelligently answering our many questions. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Villa Seri as the best home base for your Bali visit!
