Unwind in the sun-soaked 2BR 2Bath villa, nestled in a serene tourist area in the gorgeous urban village of Seminyak. It allows quick access to nearby restaurants and shops while being just a short drive away from numerous attractions, beautiful scenery and landmarks.

The private pool area offers a nice setting to relax in.

Make your way into your own private oasis through the secure gated entrance and be greeted with a lush, landscaped garden with decked pathways that lead to the beautiful sun-filled Villa.

The living area features sofas. Off to the side is the 50 inch 4K smart TV with Netflix.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with absolutely everything you could need to cook up breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a big Side by Side fridge/freezer, a gas cooktop, a hot and cold water dispenser, a microwave, a coffee maker, a rice cooker and a blender as well as utensils, pots and pans.

Guests will also receive a breakfast starter pack in the fridge including bread, eggs, jam, soft drinks, coffee, sugar and tea so you can arrive and relax without having to worry about going out for supplies.

There are two lavishly appointed bedrooms within the Villa that are thoroughly air conditioned for your comfort. Both feature king beds (King Koil) topped with hotel quality linen and bedding to ensure a restful night’s sleep. At the end of each bed is a 50 inch 4K Smart TV with access to Netflix, perfect for a movie night spent tucked up in bed.

Off the bedrooms are the full bathroom ensuites with walk in tiled showers, vanities stocked with all the essentials including shampoo, body wash, tissues, toothbrushes, toothpaste and mosquito spray as well as a luxe bathtub (in one of the Bedrooms) that can be set up for a romance with candles and rose petals.

The Villa is completely family friendly and can be set up to cater for children of all ages with a folding beds for an additional guest, a pack ’n play/travel cot, children’s books and toys, a highchair, a baby bath, children’s tableware, board games.

Remote workers will love the super-fast and reliable WiFi for a perfect connection to zoom calls or just use it to stream Netflix without any frustrating buffering.

Outside is the lush oasis where you can lay back and relax with a drink on the sun lounges. The sparkling pool (2,5mx5m) is the place to be on a warm afternoon with fun inflatables for the kids and a floating breakfast tray to keep your complimentary drinking water, soft drinks and welcome snacks on while you’re enjoying the cool water.

The Villa and grounds will always be clean and safe with cleaning, gardening and pool service 6 days a week (sundays off).


Local restaurants and a small supermarket are just a short walk away and all the great shopping, western restaurants, bars and the sandy beaches of Seminyak are just minutes away in a taxi.

So if you are looking for a luxurious Villa where you will feel pampered, relaxed and away from all the hustle and bustle while still being so close to everything Seminyak has to offer, then look no further for your next getaway to this beautiful part of Bali.

Guests have private access to the entire Villa and private pool/outdoor space as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking, complimentary coffee and tea.

If you check in at Daytime there will be a staff Team member to welcome you at the Villa during check-in to explain all that you need to know about the property and answer any of your questions. If you check in at Night time the Driver, security man or the key box will have the Key ready for you and we will meet you next day

We live just 10-15 minutes away from the Villa, and readily available to attend any issues or provide help with anything at the Villa in a short time. We want to make sure our guests have a smooth and pleasant stay with us always.
I love welcoming new guests in our Villa and ensuring they have the greatest and smoothest holiday possible. We aim to provide help in everything our guests need, from renting motorbikes to arranging tours, etc. I understand the difficulties of the unknown when travelling to a new country or even continent, especially if time is limited to explore and enjoy that given destination. This is why we`d like to make sure that we help you with whatever we can during your stay with us. My my staff team and myself are always available to respond&help with your enquiries and questions.

The villa is nestled in a quiet and peaceful area surrounded by numerous other villas. Its location is perfect for escaping the everyday hustle and bustle and relaxing with your loved ones while still being a short drive away from top restaurants, shops, major attractions, and landmarks. The closest supermarket is within walking distance, just 200m from the villa.

The best way to get around is by taxi with plenty of cars available at all times of the day and night at very reasonable price.

You can also hire a scooter directly from the Villa and enjoy cruising around like a local!

For Day tours private drivers with car can be booked to show you around in Bali.

The Villa is located in a quite area with many private Villas around, the next small Supermarket you will find a walking distance of 200m
