  • Esta pequeña joya recientemente renovado se ofrece en alquiler sólo a partir de otoño de 2015:
    Uno entra en el hall de entrada con aseo y una pequeña pero funcional cocina. Desde el vestíbulo, ir directamente a la sala de ducha con WC. Enlaces va en ello la sala de estar y dormitorio. Hay un cómodo sofá-cama (colchón de anchura 1,60), una mesa con dos sillas y un aparador. La habitación es luminosa y agradable y esperamos Comedero la ventana en la naturaleza. La terraza ha cortaviento en el norte y en el verano se puede sentar muy bien con amplias vistas hacia el suroeste y oeste; hasta el río, a lo largo de la vasta llanura y las montañas circundantes. A veces, aquí pastan caballos en el pasto.

Enjoyable place close to everything you need. We saw the Northern Lights two nights in a row with the wide open viewing space. Close to a lots of sights for day trips.

Kleines Häuschen mit allem was man braucht.Gemütlich und sauber, sehr nette Vermieterin.Sehr ruhige Umgebung.Die Lage ist ideal um den "Golden Circle" und die Region Reykjavik zu erkunden.Selfoss ist in drei Minuten erreichbar.

We had a wonderful stay at Petra’s cabin! She had great communication throughout and was incredibly thoughtful — especially when she let us know the Northern Lights were out, which made our trip extra special.The cabin was cozy, clean, and perfect for our getaway. We’d happily stay again!

While space is limited it is efficiently used and made for a great week. The location was quiet and had great views.

Fantastic Property

Perfect location for exploring the south coast of Iceland, very clean property and has all the amenities required! Property very well looked after, very warm even when it’s blowing a hoolie outside! Would definitely stay again!

Iceland trip

I stayed here for a few days in March 2025, Petra made the stay very home-like. The property is in the country and is a short drive from Selfoss. It has an amazing view of the countryside as well.

Quiet relaxing stay

We enjoyed our stay. The location was central for us to use as a hub to take day trips out and back from. It was just the right size for two. The guesthouse was clean and bright and we were greeted by chickens and a rooster upon arrival.

A Honeymoon Getaway

My Wife and I had a fabulous time at this location, petra was amazing in giving us a lovely expereince. Would highly recommend this location as its just out of town so its a peaceful getaway. Would return here again.

Highly Recommend!

This cozy apartment was the perfect home base for exploring Iceland! It was warm and inviting after long days exploring the stunning landscapes. The well-equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare simple meals, and the comfortable bed ensured a restful sleep. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Iceland.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt, sehr gemütlich. Petra ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit und ihr Hund ist super lieb.

Cozy, Sweet, Amazing Views

This was such a great little spot to relax in at the end of every day of adventure. Cozy, homey environment. Water pressure in shower was great. Everything was lovely. Views outside by the river were amazing.

Home base

Our stay in Selfoss was great, everything is as shown. This was a great home base for all the sites on the south coast. We did stay one night in Jökulsárlón beings it was about a 4 hour drive to do our glacier hike and boat tour. Worked out great.

Sehr nette Gastgeberin von der wir wertvolle Hinweise für Unternehmungen erhalten haben.Super Ausgangslage um den Süden von Island zu erkunden, vor allem den Golden Circle, die aktive Vulkan-Region in Richtung Grindavik und die Südküste bis Vik i Myrdal.Die FeWo ist klein, aber es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Ein großes Dankeschön an Petra!

Eine wirklich tolle kleine Unterkunft nahe Selfoss. Die Lage ist super! Ruhig gelegen, perfekt um Nordlichter zu beobachten und dennoch nicht weit weg von Selfoss, wo alles wichtige wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants zu finden sind. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten/ schöne Spots sind von hier aus gut zu erreichen. Das Tiny House ist gemütlich, sauber und ordentlich. Es ist alles wichtige vorhanden. Petra, die Gastgeberin ist sehr lieb und hilfsbereit. Sie hat gute Tipps auf Lager.Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.100% zu empfehlen!

Quiet and convenient

The location is great - just outside Selfoss so it was easy to access Selfoss for gas, restaurants and groceries, etc. but it was in a quiet, country-like location. The house was a great size with a well stocked kitchen. Best thing - we got to see the northern lights while standing on the driveway!
