"Check in and reception was non existent, there was no one on site to meet us, the entrance gate did not work and couldn't be locked. After waiting around for almost 45 minutes, we were forced to leave and find other accomodation. "

"Incredibly convenient for our overnight stay to catch our 7am flight. The hotel is literally steps from the airport. We walked with our bags to check-in. Very nice staff. Clean room, comfortable bed. Hotel food good. "

"We enjoyed our stay as a family. Excellent service from the lady at the receptionist, she is the best. I will visit the place again anytime I'm in PE. I will also recommend the place to anyone. Although Hotels.com made a wrong booking for me and was not even ready to come up with a better solution, the lady at Onse was very helpful."

The Manor is beautiful, nicely decorated with spacious bedrooms and bathroom, private television, WiFi, etc. It also has two large sitting rooms, one with a large television and fireplace for all guests to use, plus a gorgeous swimming pool. The daily breakfast is preordered, with selections from fruit plate, cereal, toasts, eggs cooked many different ways, including omelettes. "From the time that we walked in until we left, our Hosts and their staff treated us extremely well. Our room was amazing and the cooked to order breakfast was well done. Fresh fruit, yogurt, granola many different varieties of tea and at least 6 different kinds of jam were offered. I can see why Amery House has so many great reviews. We definitely recommend staying here."

"Our check-in was easy and seamless, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. However, our room was unacceptably warm for most of the evening, despite a technician confirming that everything was in working order. The walls of the bathroom were also alarmingly dirty in a few spots. There was also no printed information of any sort in the room that we could find-no area guides, no information about hotel services or amenities, or anything else.
