We have stayed here before and this stay was just as amazing. Super close to downtown and the beach. Sip a drink on the patio while watching the river. Well stocked place with very comfortable amenities.

Had a great stay at Seaside, OR. Condo is good size and as described. Great amenities. Very nice master bedroom. Second bedroom a bit small but is adequate. Good location. We had a cleaning issue but the owners made it right for us. Nice place to stay!

Wonderful condo walking distance to beach and town.

We were within walking distance to everything we wanted to do! Close to great restaurants, the beaches, and shopping. This is also 1 minute away from Tesla supercharging. We will definitely come back.

Has it all!

Loved the view of the river and the place was spotless! Truly no issues with anything! Kitchen is actually fully stocked and everything worked great! Great location and just about a 10 minute walk to the beach boardwalk. Maybe less without kids. Would stay again and anytime I have had questions about a property through Vacasa, they answer me via text in less than 5 minutes!

Comfortable and Cozy Condo

We have had a wonderful stay here at this condo. It is very comfortably-furnished, with everything we have needed. The beds are comfortable and the unit is well-equipped with dishes for cooking and eating and it has several small appliances you might need. Bathrooms were very clean and showers have good water pressure. Complex has been extremely quiet while we have been here, probably due in part to it being near the end of the tourist season. The river views and those of the headland are gorgeous! We would not hesitate to return to this condo in the future!

riverfront respite

enjoyed mornings and evenings on the deck watching the herons and other waterfowl, people crabbing and fishing and the tidal changes along the riverbank. The condo was comfortable and very clean, except for the barbecue on the deck. It was quiet and the residents we met in elevator and parking lot were pleasant and friendly. The Ocean was of course wonderful and I really liked the mat walkway at 12th making access much easier. My husband had to work the first week and the WIFI was reliable and up to the task.

Title: Terrible Check‑In Experience and Zero CommunicationOur stay started off on the wrong foot and never recovered. Check‑in was almost an hour late because, according to Avari Management, they “never received payment” — something we were only told the day of arrival. We had entered our credit card at booking, received no warnings, and even got the usual “get ready for your trip” email, so we assumed everything was paid.Despite uploading our IDs to Guestly a week prior and getting quick responses through the VRBO app earlier, the host went completely silent when it mattered. No door code, no instructions. I had to leave a work meeting and spend 45 minutes on the phone being bounced between VRBO and their “sister company,” Avari. They couldn’t take payment over the phone and had to send a slow, confusing email link. Only after that processed did we finally get access — nearly an hour late.We’ve stayed in this building before with no issues, but this experience was a mess. Poor communication, disorganized management, wasted time, and they wouldn’t even offer a late checkout after causing the delay. Also, no K-cups for the Kieruig, needs updated linens. Great view, lots of space, great location, cozy, clean, fire is nice and the balcony.
