"We normally stay at the older Sandman, but decided to splurge and try the Sandman Signature for three nights for my husband’s birthday weekend. Unfortunately, the stay didn’t live up to the price. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly both at check-in and check-out. When we mentioned our concerns at checkout, they said they would pass them along to the manager, which we appreciated. However, the bathroom design is very poor. If you’re staying here, I would strongly recommend...

"It was good , clean and close to the airport. However for how expensive the hotel is just to stay a few hours before flying out and I’m sure for most people cause of convenience, they should include parking or a big discount. "

Staff were not great nor knowledgeable for most things - had to wait over half hour for breakfast to be ready, first night was ok second night was very loud people fighting someone banged on my door, all the manager offered was one free night so I will not stay here again. There was also security standing outside my room and pacing the whole night which was very odd and there was people slamming doors all night. Do not recommend a stay here. "Placed 3 calls to the hotel and was on hold on music mode. No one ever answered. Ended up call Best wester reservations for assistance. Shuttle bus took 20 minute to get to the Airport despite the close proximity. We were required to put our own luggage in the van as the young lady driving could not manage them. Breakfast is not included in your reservation to this Best western as the restaurant is not part of the hotel. Room was comfortable. "
