Luxury Villa with far-reaching views between Schenna and Meran. Extraordinary!

This exceptional villa was completed in January 2024. It is located in the valley between Schenna and Meran and offers a spacious 250m² large open living room, 5 terraces, 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped Bulthaupt kitchen and 2 spacious bathrooms. The beautiful location with a view of Dorf Tirol, the Mutspitze and the Texel group is memorable. The villa is located directly on a small forest and apple orchards. The house is just a stone's throw away from the beautiful Trautmannsdorffer Gardens, the excursion destination Meran-2000 with numerous hiking trails and the Merano and Schenna Waalweg.
The city center of Meran with the famous thermal baths can be reached in 10 minutes by car or 40 minutes on foot.

This house is really in the heart of South Tyrol. You can start hiking directly from the house. The Passeier River can be reached in 5 minutes and the town center of Schenna can be reached in 25 minutes. The village of Tyrol can be reached after 60 minutes on foot. From the village of Tirol you can continue up with the Hochmuth cable car to the Muthöfen and the Texel group. The Merano Waalweg runs above the house. This beautiful hiking trail allows you to reach the Trautmannsdorfer Gardens on foot or the city center of Meran.

The house is at the end of a quiet T-street with no through traffic. There are two parking spaces. Pets are welcome.
I have traveled a lot myself and have incorporated my experiences into the furnishings of the house. This includes a well-equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer.

The villa was completed in January 2024. You will feel comfortable.

Durch den Gastgeber erfolgten rechtzeitig vor der Anreise genaue Informationen zur Anfahrt und zur Bedienung des „Hightech-Hauses“.Das Anwesen ist wunderschön und sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Ausstattung im Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Aus allen Räumen hat man wunderschönen Blick auf die tolle Umgebung. Das Haus ist lichtdurchflutet und sehr, sehr geräumig. Wenn man mit mehreren Leuten reist und sich zeitweilig zurückziehen möchte, gibt es viele schöne Plätze im Haus, an denen man seine Ruhe genießen kann.Alles in allem ist der Aufenthalt in diesem Haus und diesem Grundstück jeden Cent wert. Wir danken dem Gastgeber für die schöne Zeit dort.

We enjoyed our stay at this stunning villa. Architecturally, the villa is a show-stopper with its walls of windows, spiral staircase, suspended walkway, and multiple outdoor spaces. The interior is equally impressive with its modern fully-equipped kitchen and thoughtfully-designed lighting. The location is ideal, equidistant between beautiful Merano and Schenna, on a quiet street, with breathtaking views. Stephan was a wonderful host who provided helpful instructions regarding the property and was easy to reach for questions. Despite this property's numerous strengths, I think a few modifications could elevate the villa from impressive to truly exceptional. The property has gardens that could greatly enhance the outdoor ambience, but sadly, it appears the have been neglected. Hiring a landscaper to maintain the gardens would go far to make the outdoor spaces more welcoming. In addition, for as dramatic as the interior spaces are, the furniture, while adequate, does not do it justice, and the living room would barely comfortably seat 6 guests. I think that investing in additional comfortable living room seating and some interesting artwork and accessories would go far to make the interior even more inviting, particularly for those bad-weather days. All this said, the villa has much to offer, and I would recommend it without hesitation.

Die Unterkunft beeindruckt mit der Architektur und sehr gehobenen Ausstattung, wie z.B. Einbaugeräte, Böden, Fenster, Einrichtung, Beleuchtungstechnik, Pool usw...Für schlechtes Wetter und extrem viele Mücken kann die Unterkunft nichts...Es fehlt der gesamten Planung vielleicht eine Überdachung auf der Terrasse, vor der Haustür oder einem der zahlreichen Balkon und Sonnenterrassen...Leider hat uns die Sauberkeit bei der Ankunft schockiert...fleckige Hand- und Geschirrtücher, kleine Speisereste am Küchenblock, schmutzige Schubläden...in jeder Zimmerecke konnte man Staubreste und Brösel finden...der Staubsauger war so verdreckt, dass ein ordentliches Staubsaugen auch nicht möglich war...Geschirr und Besteck mussten wir nachspülen...Gegenstände und Schuhe vom Vormieter (?) oder Besitzer (?) finden sich in der Garderobe und Einbauschränke, was etwas überraschend war...Den Außenbereichen wird wohl leider kaum Beachtung geschenkt - hier wäre ein Gärtner dringend erforderlich...Schade, weil man sich im Urlaub rundum wohlfühlen möchte und sollte.Schade, weil das Anwesen in dieser Lage ein echtes Highlight sein könnte...Schade, weil der Preis für den Zustand völlig zu hoch war...Wir haben dennoch das Beste für uns daraus gemacht.Super schneller und netter Kontakt zum Vermieter, der aus der Ferne aber leider auch nichts an den Mängeln beheben konnte.

Kurz Trip ins schöne Südtirol

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in atemberaubend Umgebung. Das Ferienhaus ist einfach hervorragend. Alles top, was Lage, Ausstattungen, und Einrichtung betrifft. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Dazu kommt noch der sehr sympathische Vermieter, welcher uns wetvolle Tipps für den Umgang mit dem Haus sowie Empfehlungen für die Umgebung gegeben hat. Ich kann dieses exzellente Ferienhaus nur weiter empfehlen. Gerne wieder

Super netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber; sehr schöner Pool; super modernes Haus mit toller Klimaanlage; grandioser Ausblick von drei Balkons in verschiedene Himmelsrichtungen; absolut ruhige Lage, aber dennoch alles schnell zu erreichen! Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!

Ein Traumhaus vom Feinsten

Architektur und Innenausstattung sind nicht zu übertreffen. Großartig und geschmackvoll mit hohen, hellen Räumen, die einen phantastischen Blick auf die Umgebung bieten. Leider stand in einem Zimmer kein Bett zur Verfügung, sodass man auf Matratzen auf dem Boden schlafen musste. Auch der Pool war voller Algen, sodass schwimmen kein Vergnügen war.

Tolles Haus mit Blick!

Tolles Haus mit schönem Ausblick. Toller Pool. Lage ist super. Für Kleinkinder ggf. nicht ideal aber wir hatten trotzdem eine schöne Zeit. Gastgeber stellte auch einen Hochstuhl. Sauberkeit war gut. Küchenausstattung war super. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war spitze. Lediglich die Aufteilung der Badezimmer ist etwas ungünstig aber man gewöhnt sich schnell daran (zumindest wenn man mit mehreren Leuten reist). Schlafzimmer sehr geräumig, aber etwas mehr Ablagefläche oder Hängeoptionen wären gut. Die Betten war super bequem. Insgesamt hatten wir eine sehr gute Zeit und konnten den Trip auch trotz Regenwetter dank der tollen Unterkunft genießen.

Das Haus ist wirklich etwas Besonderes. Hochwertig ausgestattet und die Lage sowie die Aussicht sind traumhaft. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist unkompliziert, ebenso die Übergabe am An- bzw. Abreisetag. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Ein sehr "besonderes" Haus

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem "besonderen", ganz neuem Haus. Das Haus hat einen sehr großzügigen Wohnraum mit einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche. Es gibt tolle Terassen und auch einen Pool. Leider hat das Wetter so gar nicht mitgespielt und wir konnten den traumhaften Ausblick nur durch Regen oder Wolken genießen. Das Haus bietet für 6 Leute ausreichend Platz. Toller Ausgangspunkt um nach Meran (schöner fast ebener Weg, ca. 45 Minuten bis zur City) oder Schenna (steil bergauf) zu wandern. Bei Dauerregen konnten wir uns eine leckere Pizza (von MegaPizza Meran) ans Haus liefern lassen. Sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Können das Haus sehr empfehlen, wenn ihr etwas besonderes sucht!

Wundervoll!

wir waren schlichtweg begeistert. Der erste Eindruck beim Betreten des Hauses war überwältigend - der Blick auf die Berge ist von fast jedem Raum aus einfach fantastisch. Die hochwertige Ausstattung des Hauses hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen und vermittelt ein Gefühl von Luxus. Die riesigen Glasfronten schaffen eine helle Atmosphäre im gesamten Haus und können komplett mit Jalousien verschlossen werden, so hat man (gerade abends) trotzdem Privatsphäre. Die Terrasse bietet jede Menge unterschiedliche Ecken und Flächen zum verweilen, wenn es denn etwas wärmer wäre. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war äußert angenehm, auch Sonderwünsche wurden unkompliziert erfült. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt in dieser pompösen Villa ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Wir können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für diese wundervolle Zeit!

Surrounded by beauty

This was a once in a lifetime experience. We were surrounded by beauty-inside and out. It is a gorgeous house- felt like an architect's dream house- with giant windows that looked out upon apple orchards, terraced gardens, mountains, blue sky and surrounded by gardens. All of the furnishings were brand new, the kitchen was well planned out with a great stove and two sinks- one for prep and bar the other for doing dishes. The bedrooms are downstairs and cozy. The master bath's floor is heated and has a great hot tub. There isn't a washer and dryer but who wants to do laundry on vacation? There is a lovely path into the village next to a river- it's about 45 minutes but totally worth it. On the hill (mountain?) above the property is the idyllic village center of Schenna. The Gardens of Trauttmansdorff are super close by and the Meran 2000 is totally worth it. We absolutely loved this place. The only problem was that it is so beautiful we did not want to leave. We would definitely stay there again.
