Tha AC quit working the second day. I sent a message to landlord but didn’t get a response. We had no hot water the second evening. We called the landlord in the morning and they sent someone out within 20 min to reset the hot water tank. But we were all ready to leave before we got hot water. Had the AC and hot water not been an issue, this would have been 5 star all the way.
