  • Loukas and Emma Family Houses is a complex that offers spacious apartments of different type and studios with fully equipped kitchens and a balcony or terrace with outdoor hot tub, only 500 meters away from the famous black beach of Perissa. All houses provide free Wi-Fi.

    The luxury three bedroom apartment is fully renovated and can accommodate 6 to 7 guests with the use of the sofa bed at the living room. The modern apartment features a one space living room with a sofa and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and a satellite TV, three bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower and a washing machine. All apartments have their private furnished patios with outdoor hot tubs. The complex offers a reception area and a swimming pool for guests use only.
    There is an outdoor free public parking available.

    Guests can access our property by taking the bus to Perissa beach and stop at Santa Irini bakery. Across the bakery there is a street that says to Ancient Thira, you follow this street and 120m. further you will our property, on the right hand side.
