This traditional 'cave' house has been transformed into a comfortable residence with modern conveniences, yet retains all the original architectural features that make it so distinctive. Tastefully furnished and sparkling clean, the house offers a wonderful break in a remarkable setting. The private veranda has a large hot tub in which guests can relax while taking in the truly breathtaking views of the caldera, perhaps while sipping a glass of the wine they will find in the complimentary basket

Santorini

The property was perfect! Great location, we could sit on the patio and watch the boats in the caldera. Off the main path, so not a lot of foot traffic going by - which was lovely. The property manager was super helpful in every step of the process, easy communication, provided detailed recommendations, etc. Highly recommend!!

THE perfect cave house!

There are so many positive attributes about this cave home. First, the photos do not do the view justice. Absolutely spectacular views. While we were keen to see Santorini, we could have easily spent our time sitting on the lanai watching the boats go by in the caldera. Second, the property managers were wonderful. Fantastic communication. Met us at our rental car (after telling us where to park) to grab our bags and go to the house. The "streets" of Santorini are confusing the first time you traverse them and we never would have found the property without them. The home itself is gorgeous and perfectly appointed. We had two adults and and a teen and everyone had their own space. What a luxury to have TWO bathrooms. The home can easily accommodate six, so ideal for a family. The hot tub was a welcome refuge after a long day of hiking along the caldera. The space was cleaned daily and was well stocked in terms of towels and sheets. Would absolutely recommend this property!!

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location is absolutely beautiful right on the water and the host was very helpful. She checked multiple times to make sure we had what we needed and setup or transportation for arrival and departure. Highly recommended.

Perfect cave house in beautiful Santorini

We absolutely loved our stay in the Calista Villa. Our contact, Anastasia, took care of our every need, from drivers, to folks helping us with our luggage (those stairs are NOT fun even without luggage), to restaurants, to maid service, and we enjoyed the lovely wine that greeted us too! The location is perfect...not too close to neighbors but overlooking the beautiful Caldera, and a front-row seat to the beautiful sunrises. It's spacious and completely modernized, two bathrooms and 2 bedrooms, we were completely spoiled. Highly recommend staying here (and from what I hear, the off season is so much better!)

Perfection! Excellent cave home and the best hosts!

Far exceeded expectations and was a perfect home for our trip. Updated and clean, nice caldera views and convenient location in the heart of Oia. The hosts were the best! Great communication, helped with luggage, arranged for dinners, events, activities. Beautiful location and the best experience. Highly recommended!

Beautiful and quiet!

This property is exactly as pictured! Beautiful and clean! We arrived via high speed ferry from the island of Crete and were greeted by our driver to whisk us off to Oia. We arrived a little early so we dropped off our bags with the host who delivered them to the house for us while we ate breakfast. Check in was very easy and our host was extremely helpful. He made reservations for us each evening for dinner at various places where we could enjoy the beautiful sunsets and also brought us breakfast after placing an order with him the night before. Highly recommend!
