  • The Bliss Mansion can host up to 8 guests, offers a big swimming pool and a luxurious in cave hot tub.
    Casting our attention to maintaining this original character, we have recently renovated and refurbished all guest areas showing the maximum respect to the history of the residence. We created an elegant villa, divided into three individually designed, custom furnished and beautifully decorated suites, the villa can accommodate up to 8 people. Features 3 master bedrooms, 3 dining- sitting room, 2 fully equipped kitchens, 3 bathrooms, a big open air swimming pool, a luxurious in cave hot tub, a private veranda, a sunset view terrace and has been perfected with supreme materials as well as high-quality, fine and expensive furniture , equipped with plentiful amenities that can meet all our customers’ individual needs: very comfortable handmade wooden beds, immaculate bathrooms, fresh and crisp quality linens, fluffy towels, good lighting and 2 plasma TVs, all add to the ultimate guest experience.
    All the above facilities, indoors, outdoors areas, swimming pool and hot tub are absolutely and exclusively private .

We loved our stay at Bliss Mansion. Very quiet and convenient to great coffee and restaurants. Not far from the airport and the views from the roof tops were fantastic. Our host Panos was great!

Amazing property with great views

We had a great trip and Bliss Mansion was a big part of it. The location and views are amazing. Panos was a great host and provided us with really good food recommendations along with scheduling our transportation. The area is quiet and it is a quick walk to get into town. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing Place

Loved staying here. We were a family of 8 and rented the whole place. Everything was amazing the pool and spa were great amenities. Panos was great and available whenever we needed anything and for advice about the area. We loved Pyrgos nice quiet area with restaurants and a store to buy groceries if you choose. We enjoyed our stay here immensely.

Très bel endroit avec vue magnifique sur le coucher de soleil. Appartement, piscine et environnement très bien entretenus. Hôtesse très disponible et réactive en cas de problème. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce séjour.

Life time experience!

Spectacular view villa especially at sunset. Central square and bus station is at 5 min walking distance .This Neighborhood of the village , near the castle, basically remained unchanged during the years with an amazing local feel. Loved the hospitality and the immaculate style and decoration of all property areas. I highly recommend.

Villa in the hills of pyrgos

If you are looking for a spiritual imprint from your accommodations, this story book neighborhood will leave a magical and lasting feeling. The staff will your bags up by donkey and this is how your start... so that should say enough right there ! Rent it because you won’t forget This stunning private villa! Great little authentic Greek taverns tucked into the hidden walkways of pyrgos. Along with a few shops and plenty of ancient churches .... pristine.

Captain's House

Wonderful place to stay. Christos, the apartment manager was fantastic. He was very helpful with arrangements during our stray such as sailing and restaurant recommendations and reservations. You need to be ready for a short climb of stairs and a labyrinth of passageways which are so much fun to explore. Some of the paths lead to the captain's house and others lead to restaurants on top, churches and souvenir shops. The captain's house was beautiful and had everything you would need for your stay

Spectacular!!

Without a doubt, the best property and manager you could ask for on Santorini! We wanted for nothing and on top of that, Panos, the manager was phenomenal!! Anything we could ask for he made it happen and connected us to the best Santorini offerings. We ate at a different restaurant, within walking distance every night in this location. The beauty of this residence is superb. The gardens meticulously maintained and managed. Bliss Mansion is everything you need and more!!!

Blissful stay at Bliss Mansion

This is fabulous place to stay. We thought long and hard about staying in Thira or Oia...but this is far better. No crowds, but amazing sunsets. Its basically two apartments joined together, so I would recommended either 2 x couples (or two couple with a child each.) The child has to sleep on a z bed type thing with no privacy as you have to pass through the lounge to get to the outside. The pool and out door space were even better than the photos. PANOS, the manager was SO SO helpful. He really made our holiday and recommended and indeed booked the restaurants, beach clubs etc. Made our life so much easier. BIG THANK YOU Panos.

Bliss Mansion is unique; at least to our experience! Situated almost at the top of the delightful village of Pyrgos and only accessible on foot the villa has been exquisitely renovated, maintaining its traditional features and charm. The layout, which is unusual, worked well for us as an extended family, but, as a result of having a number of kitchenettes, rather than one large kitchen cooking for a large family (six of us) would have been problematic. Bliss Mansion does not have a dishwasher or washing machine. Fortunately the village is blessed with a number of excellent restaurants, including Francos Cafe near the castle which has incredible sunset views. On the subject of views; those from Bliss Mansion are equally spectacular and are 360 degree.The external facilities and spaces are amazing and are the highlight of the villa. The pools, cave hot tub and numerous terraces are all a true delight. A slight word of caution; no matter what the age of occupants, a reasonable degree of fitness is required. Some low ceilings in bedrooms and steps/staircases require reasonable versatility. if a degree of quirkiness, character and outstanding spaces and views are important, then Bliss Mansion is for you. Finally thanks to Panos whose communication and help both before and during our stay was outstanding.

Highly recommend this stay

We were a bit concerned about staying away from the caldera but Bliss Mansion in Pyrgos was the best choice! The village was quieter, less expensive and the place was beautiful with our own pools and close to everything. Panos and his housekeeper were kind and attentive. I can’t recommend this place enough. We loved our stay!

Outstanding experience!

This villa was was perfect. The hilltop location and multiple patio areas allowed some of the best sunrise and sunset views on the island. Our host Panos went out of his way to assist with every aspect of our stay. We will definitely be back!

Amazing stay in Santorini!

This is the best vacation rental I have ever stayed in. The property is just as beautiful and clean as the pictures make it seem. The communication from the host was perfect and he helped us so much with taxis/recommendations/etc. The location could not be better - you are on Santorini but out of the craziness of Oia and Fira. Pyrgos is a quieter, more "local" feeling town that still had great places to eat and shop walkable from the property. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Perfect Location & Helpful Manager

I stayed in this beautiful villa with several girlfriends and had a fabulous time. The hot tub, cabana/pool and terraces are awesome. It’s a hike to get up there, but that’s half the experience and allows you to eat everything in sight and feel like you’re burning off at least a portion of the calories. Pyrgos has delicious restaurants, fancy or low key, so you can easily just walk to dinner each night if you don’t feel like hitching a ride somewhere. Maria is a fabulous host and helped us arrange transportation on servers occassions, very helpful.

Truly outstanding property and experience

The property looks even better in real life than in the pictures. The place is really awesome. Maria, the host, was absolutely great. Just be prepared for a bit of a hike up to the property... not for the faint of heart but you eventually get used to it! :-)

Dream House in Santorini

This house is absolutely incredible. My bestie and I rented the whole house, so we each had our own space. I really liked how they were both beautiful but with unique charms. The loft bedroom is super cozy and the bathroom was like a spa vacation. The other side had a very unusual (in the good way!) bath and bedroom set up. One of the best parts of this house is your host, Christos. He was available 24/7 for anything we needed. When we checked in, he sat down with us over a glass of wine to talk through what we planned to do on the island, any transportation needs, and our checkout. One thing to be aware of: This house is very high up in the community, and requires a bit of a hike. I highly recommend getting a donkey to carry your luggage (only 10 euros - well worth it!) which Christos can help you arrange. One of the most extraordinary elements of the house is the view from the roof. We watched the sunset one evening from there, and I think it was even better than the famous Oia sunsets. I highly recommend this house - it's absolutely perfect.

Amazing place in a perfectly preserved village.

This is an amazing villa in a perfectly preserved settlement in Santorini called Pyrgos Kallisti. The view from the terrace is amazing overlooking all the west side of the island and Caldera's world famous sunset. The Mansion is absolutely luxurious and feels like at home. Bedroom, as the rest of the house too has an impressive 5m ceiling and a really big size bathtub. We chose to order super market delivery service so our freeze was full of fruits, foods, wine and refreshments once we got there. Kitchen is fully equipped to cook a proper meal or dinner, make your coffee, hot chocolate or prepare breakfast. Not to forget the wine refrigerator with local santorini wines. Bus station and main road is at a 10 min walking distance. Fira and most beaches at a 15min drive. In this area you ll find plenty of really fine restaurants and markets. What makes it unique though is that is not yet discovered by massive tourism so you can enjoy the sunset and a glass of local wine far from noise, crowded streets and queues like in Fira or Oia. Highly recommended for travellers who want to experience a genuine Greek summer.

Stunning villa! 5 star service! We loved it!

This villa is absolutely breathtaking! My husband and I were amazed at how awesome the staff and the owner is, AND let’s not forget about how gorgeous the location and views are!!!! UNREAL !!!! It was an unforgettable honeymoon and I still dream of returning.. The suite is amazing! Brand new stunning bathrooms with hot jacuzzi en suite, Gorgeous decoration and very clean! This super spacious villa is definitely the best I have ever seen .. Thank you Manolis for the trip of a life time. We loved it!
