The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, and the sunken living room with a cozy gas fireplace is perfect for curling up with a good book or enjoying conversation with friends and family. Perfect Santa Fe home

I’d give this property a solid 10. I would definitely share it with my friends and go back again. It was really wonderful staying and an authentic Pueblo style home and gave me and my friends and family a taste of Santa Fe we wouldn’t have had otherwise. From the extruded tile floors to the corner fireplace and the beautiful little patio outback everything was terrific. We had planned on cooking and were pleased with a huge well stocked Kitchen. I’ve visited many VRBO’s and have never experienced such a great kitchen. Thank you to the owners for providing this cook a cooks kitchen! The location was great in that it was maybe 2 miles outside of Santa Fe and felt like the middle of nowhere. We enjoyed feeling remote but close by to everything. We rented a car and had no problem finding a parking space in Santa Fe anytime we went into town. We did have one surprise. There was a gate into the property that required us to get out and unlock it Each time we entered and exited. We considered this a bonus because it was a remote area and added a degree of safety. Our property manager was always available. Thank you for a great day in Santa Fe.

Comfortable home in a convenient location

Overall, our stay here was very good. The home is comfortable, well supplied and in a great location for heading into Santa Fe or exploring the surrounding areas as day trips. There were a few areas that could be improved, however. We were not notified that we needed a gate code and had to call when we got there. The code we were given for the door was incorrect, so another call was needed. Frustrating after a day of traveling. The kitchen and dining room doors were difficult to lock and unlock, and the coffee pot and toaster need to be replaced. There is traffic noise from the nearby highway which would be expected, but bring earplugs if noise bothers you.

It was easy to find places with our phones. The house was very clean. Since we are old we were glad we didn't have to go into the sunken Living room often. The 2 steps down only surprised me once & I was able to catch myself with mishap. It is a lovely home.

Wonderful

This was an absolutely fantastic place to stay, easy access to the city but not right in it. Close to some great food and a convenience store too. Spacious well-equipped home with lovely “Santa Fe” style features both indoor and out. Made for a lovely long weekend away!

Great house, but road noise decreased our enjoyment of the patio. Note: We were given the access code for the key box. However, we didn't have access code for the gate into the driveway. We had to call the office for that code. In future, guests should get BOTH codes.

Great spot

Check in was a little bumpy but from oks from Santa Fe (Keller Williams and neighbor) were VERY kind and helpful! Incredible willingness to help when we were unable to enter property. (Turned out to be a mishap w/my phone number so check in details did not reach me before our arrival.) Once we got that sorted out it was smooth sailing. The place is well located and the layout is great. We had a wonderful trip and the accommodations were perfect.

Wonderful home

Basically I wanted to buy the place. They had everything plus. I've stayed in many VRBO places and this is the best ever. Liked that we were only 4 miles from Plaza. Very quite and it had a garage. When I go back I'll book it again. Highly recommend.

An Awesome Home in Santa Fe

My wife and I and our 2 adult children stayed in this great home on the outskirts of Santa Fe. Although we did not receive communication on the check in details on the day of our check in, one quick call to Mario and he promptly forwarded all of the pertinent information to me promptly. The house sits high on a hill with a gated driveway. The view from the front of the house is a great place to see the sunsets. The house itself is quite spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need and the welcome basket was a great touch. The beds were very comfortable, and the master bath was awesome. The potion in back of the house was private and a great place to relax. The house is a short driving distance away from downtown Santa Fe, which is also handy. I would definitely recommend staying at this home. It’s clean, spacious and close to everything.
