    Esta es una hermosa casa auténtica de Santa Fe ubicada a solo unos minutos en automóvil de la Plaza de Santa Fe.  ¡Lea las reseñas para ver lo que otros invitados han delirado en esta casa!  ¡Te encantará tu estancia en esta propiedad!  Está enclavado en los pinos, bajo un cielo azul brillante y noches estrelladas, encontrará esta hermosa y auténtica casa de estilo Santa Fe. La decoración del suroeste, los techos con vigas altas y los pisos de baldosas de Saltillo son algunas de las muchas características de esta hermosa casa. Su ubicación está cerca de restaurantes, galerías de arte, museos y hospitales, con acceso rápido y fácil tanto a la I-25 como a la I-40. La famosa plaza de Santa Fe y las atracciones del centro están a 10 minutos en coche.






    El espacio





    Hay dos dormitorios y dos baños completos con una generosa ducha a ras de suelo en el dormitorio principal. Cada habitación tiene una lujosa cama tamaño queen, una con un colchón Tempur-Pedic y otra con espuma viscoelástica. En el cuarto de servicio hay una lavadora, secadora, tabla de planchar y plancha. La cocina está totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos modernos y todas las comodidades que necesita para preparar comidas o tomar un aperitivo. Un comedor familiar está justo al lado de la cocina con una mesa con capacidad para seis. El salón hundido cuenta con una chimenea tradicional de leña Kiva. Para su conveniencia, una mezcla de leña de piñón y cedro se apila justo afuera de la puerta trasera. El sofá en la sala de estar se abre en una cama de matrimonio con colchón de gel.



    La casa se encuentra en dos acres de propiedad privada y cerrada con una casa adyacente, y tiene un garaje para dos autos completo con un estante para guardar sus esquís y tablas de snowboard cuando no está en uso.



    Después de unas horas en las pistas, ir de compras o hacer turismo, puede relajarse lejos de las actividades del día en la serenidad de esta casa recién remodelada. Experimentará las comodidades del hogar, con la sensación y la diversión de las vacaciones.

All in all, this is a lovely home in a lovely setting. It was nicely accomodated, we loved the location, the patio, and the toiletries and linens were first class.

Roomy and comfortable

Nice home to stay at. Had all amenities needed! Was a bit cold due to heater but other than that, it was nice, nice, nice! Great location and nice views.

Wonderful

This was an absolutely fantastic place to stay, easy access to the city but not right in it. Close to some great food and a convenience store too. Spacious well-equipped home with lovely “Santa Fe” style features both indoor and out. Made for a lovely long weekend away!

Cozy and Comfortable

Everything you could need or want is provided. Spacious and well-maintained. Will definitely look into staying again when we return to Santa Fe to visit family.

Wonderful home

Basically I wanted to buy the place. They had everything plus. I've stayed in many VRBO places and this is the best ever. Liked that we were only 4 miles from Plaza. Very quite and it had a garage. When I go back I'll book it again. Highly recommend.

very nice

It was easy to find places with our phones. The house was very clean. Since we are old we were glad we didn't have to go into the sunken Living room often. The 2 steps down only surprised me once & I was able to catch myself with mishap. It is a lovely home.

Great spot

Check in was a little bumpy but from oks from Santa Fe (Keller Williams and neighbor) were VERY kind and helpful! Incredible willingness to help when we were unable to enter property. (Turned out to be a mishap w/my phone number so check in details did not reach me before our arrival.) Once we got that sorted out it was smooth sailing. The place is well located and the layout is great. We had a wonderful trip and the accommodations were perfect.

Santa Fe stay

Great house, but road noise decreased our enjoyment of the patio. Note: We were given the access code for the key box. However, we didn't have access code for the gate into the driveway. We had to call the office for that code. In future, guests should get BOTH codes.

Comfortable home in a convenient location

Overall, our stay here was very good. The home is comfortable, well supplied and in a great location for heading into Santa Fe or exploring the surrounding areas as day trips. There were a few areas that could be improved, however. We were not notified that we needed a gate code and had to call when we got there. The code we were given for the door was incorrect, so another call was needed. Frustrating after a day of traveling. The kitchen and dining room doors were difficult to lock and unlock, and the coffee pot and toaster need to be replaced. There is traffic noise from the nearby highway which would be expected, but bring earplugs if noise bothers you.

Perfect Santa Fe home

I’d give this property a solid 10. I would definitely share it with my friends and go back again. It was really wonderful staying and an authentic Pueblo style home and gave me and my friends and family a taste of Santa Fe we wouldn’t have had otherwise. From the extruded tile floors to the corner fireplace and the beautiful little patio outback everything was terrific. We had planned on cooking and were pleased with a huge well stocked Kitchen. I’ve visited many VRBO’s and have never experienced such a great kitchen. Thank you to the owners for providing this cook a cooks kitchen! The location was great in that it was maybe 2 miles outside of Santa Fe and felt like the middle of nowhere. We enjoyed feeling remote but close by to everything. We rented a car and had no problem finding a parking space in Santa Fe anytime we went into town. We did have one surprise. There was a gate into the property that required us to get out and unlock it Each time we entered and exited. We considered this a bonus because it was a remote area and added a degree of safety. Our property manager was always available. Thank you for a great day in Santa Fe.

First Class Accomadations

Great place to stay. Convenient to all Santa Fe activities and a short drive to others nearby. Very close to the Santa Fe National Forest. We'd stay there again.

Long weekend in Santa Fe

Very clean. Welcome basket was nice touch. Well stocked with everything you need. Sunset view from front of house is magnificent. Would definitely stay here again.

An Awesome Home in Santa Fe

My wife and I and our 2 adult children stayed in this great home on the outskirts of Santa Fe. Although we did not receive communication on the check in details on the day of our check in, one quick call to Mario and he promptly forwarded all of the pertinent information to me promptly. The house sits high on a hill with a gated driveway. The view from the front of the house is a great place to see the sunsets. The house itself is quite spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need and the welcome basket was a great touch. The beds were very comfortable, and the master bath was awesome. The potion in back of the house was private and a great place to relax. The house is a short driving distance away from downtown Santa Fe, which is also handy. I would definitely recommend staying at this home. It’s clean, spacious and close to everything.
