Pinon Vista is truly a one-of-a-kind home. No other Santa Fe vacation rental has this much to offer to large parties. It is a magnificent five-bedroom, four-bathroom home ready for you and your party to gather and enjoy our enchanted village. It`s a rare and wonderful thing to find a five-bedroom home, with 360° views of our mountain ranges, in walking distance from the Plaza.

Pinon Vista has everything you would need for a vacation with room to sleep up to 12 people. ( three kings - can be split into singles if you like -  one queen, two singles, and a queen sleeper sofa.  authentic Santa Fe furnishings, balconies with stunning views, outdoor dining, two full kitchens, and even a home gym.



Please note:  You must let us know a week prior to arrival if you would like king beds or two single beds in three of the bedrooms in the house.

The house worked really well for us, our adult children, and grandchildren to celebrate Christmas. The host was responsive and helped secure additional baby equipment we needed. We enjoyed several fires in the fireplace and fire pit. Views of the sunrises over the mountain and sunsets over the city were beautiful. While the house is full of interesting artwork and has great space, we felt some areas needed a “refresh” and the kitchen flatware and dishes should be upgraded especially given the price tag for our stay. Santa Fe is especially fabulous this time of year and thus we were glad to have the opportunity to be there.

Beautiful home

This house was perfect for three families to stay. Gorgeous views from three deck areas. Tastefully decorated. Kitchen well stocked. The house has two levels with steps to the front door and some steps inside at the main level.Questions I had were quickly resolved by the management company. Excellent location to the plaza and other areas of the city but an uphill climb on return.

Wonderful home for a larger group

Our group of 6 girlfriends enjoyed staying at this home. There were plenty of rooms to allow all but two of us to have our own bedrooms. The outdoor patio was terrific and the exercise room with plenty of women’s sized free weights was great!! Main kitchen was well stocked and organized and had everything we needed. I imagine it is handy to have the extra kitchen and fridge by the patio for easy access to refreshments and if you are dining at the huge outdoor table! (The indoor kitchen table was also plenty big! ). Decor was very cool and made us feel like we were in a funky gallery.

The Ultimate

This is a perfect place to explore Santa Fe. We had an enjoyable family time with five siblings and two spouses getting together for the first time in five years. Conversation, stories, laughter all combined with shopping, eating out, cooking in, hiking and sitting by the fire was a wonderful experience for an average age group of 65+. We had a beautiful snow fall of about 18 inches, power outage, roads not plowed, trouble getting home {road closures} but the house was very comfortable and snug...definitely the ultimate experience

Five Star Property

We had a wonderful experience at Two Casitas. First off, the location was ideal; very near the Plaza and located at top of hill with great vistas of the city. Second, we had a large group (7 adults, 4 kids) and ate most of our meals from the house, which had the most well appointed kitchen of any property at which we have ever stayed. Third, there was plenty of room to spread out throughout the house with multiple kitchens and living areas, and a large dinner table capable of comfortably fitting at least 12 persons. Although we didn't use it, the outdoor deck area was quite spacious. Lastly, the property manager was very responsive with respect to any inquiry that we had, both before and during the trip. We had no complaints about our stay and can honestly say that the property exceeded our expectations.

Great family time

Two major factors influenced us to chose this property, its size and that astounding patio. We grilled steaks one night and enjoyed dinner at the long outside table. A New Mexico sunset was special touch. We walked downtown twice and browsed shops , native vendors and tent shops in the square. A surprise was Zozobra. Interesting cultural exposure. We had joyful time celebrating our 60th anniversary.

Perfect Location

The house was perfect for us and so close to everything. We loved the big dining room table. Building a fire in the living room was so cozy when we got that snow on Friday. Our group just loved everything about the house and we used every one of the 5 bedrooms!

Great place with fantastic views

We finally got to get the family together and this house was perfect. We spent most of our time on the deck taking in the scenery but every window has a great view. The bedrooms were comfortable, there was plenty of room to sit together in the dining and living rooms and the little gym came in handy!

Great place many types of groups.

This house was extremely comfortable and well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals, sleep comfortably, and just hang out. The beds are really great. The only negative for us was that the listing said all the king beds could be separated into twins and despite having communicated that 3 times to the property managers and receiving confirmation, they were not separated. It left us slightly panicked in trying to give each teenager their own bed for higher Covid safety. Besides that little hiccup, the place was absolutely perfect and we would definitely rent again if the opportunity presents itself.

SUNRISE, SUNSET!

Our group of seven friends enjoyed our stay in this lovely house so much. We cooked, watched movies and football, read, and slept so well in the comfortable beds. But the highlight was watching the magnificent sunrises and sunsets from the living room, kitchen and dining area windows!
