Sage Mesa is a delightful place to call home while you're visiting Santa Fe. The tasteful Southwest decor, the bright morning sunshine that floods the kitchen and living room, along with the furnishings and art, provides a great ambience. Super clean, all amenities are thought of that you would need and it has a charming patio with the traditional Coyote fence to enjoy the sunshine and shade. We thought it was topnotch and look forward to staying there again!

The rental was as described and host communicated well. It has plenty of space and the area felt safe. It is a bit of a challenge finding the actual unit and hauling luggage downstairs and over large rocks. The unit is decorated nicely and beds were comfortable. Checkout was a breeze.

The condo was adequate for our needs. The bedrooms could use TVs.Not the condo if you have mobility issues. Because you have to go up and downstairs or a long ramp. The condo was fairly clean, except for a few spiderwebs and a dirty sponge left at the sink.Upstairs neighbors were extremely loud playing music until the wee hours of the morning.

We enjoyed this condo in Santa Fe and the single most important thing to us was that the beds were comfortable so we were well rested to take on the sights. We originally thought the place had 2 full bathrooms so we ended up sharing a shower with our friends which we are not used to. Wasn’t thrilled with that. The space was very tight but we could work with that. I would recommend they invest in a new toaster which we wanted to use a lot. Otherwise, we felt it met our needs and parking was easy too.
