SUMMARY

Enchantment easily lives up to its name. This professionally decorated split level home sits on over an acre of wooded private land in the foothills of the Sangre de Cristo mountains. The home features panoramic sunset views, a hot tub, an enclosed dog run. This custom-built and professionally decorated split level home feels incredibly secluded despite being a quick drive to Downtown Santa Fe and Museum Hill.



LIVING AREA

The light and bright living room is centered around a large fireplace and is surrounded by tall windows on three sides. This grand and atmospheric space is an unforgettable place for your group to gather.



KITCHEN AND DINING

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for a home chef, and has a fireplace in the corner. An informal breakfast nook is attached to the kitchen island, and the formal dining space seats eight people. Additional seating is available on built-in bancos underneath the additional large windows.



BED AND BATH

The primary bedroom features a king bed, panoramic windows, a fireplace, a private patio. and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub with additional views of the countryside. The downstairs bedroom features a king bed and an en-suite bath. The guest bedroom on the other side of the home has a king bed, a fireplace, and a private bathroom right outside the door.



OUTDOOR SPACE

Enchantment’s outdoor space is expansive and unforgettable. The wraparound flagstaff patio offers plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy our world-famous sunsets, a small standalone kiva fireplace, a gas grill and a hot tub.

- This home is NOT pet-friendly. The homeowners monitor the home with exterior cameras, and our cleaning staff reports pet hair to us after each checkout. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 fee.

The space was great! The house does a lot of LOUD popping and creaking. Couldn’t sleep in the primary bedroom because it kept us up. Would have preferred the option of more privacy with more window and door coverings. Overall, good.

Beautiful

The property was perfect. Nestled in the foothills close to two hiking trails. Clean, convenient to town (not walking distance), and perfect for our purposes. There were absolutely zero issues with this property. Beautiful sunsets, indoor and outdoor wood burning fireplaces. All in all a very memorable stay

Annual Reunion

We stayed for four days at the Enchantment. The house was perfect for the three couples that get together once per year at different locations. This year, it was Santa Fe.The house had all the necessary items for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. It was very clean; plenty of parking; great views; nice furniture; nice bathrooms. It looked as if if was well kept and maintained, except for the fact that the garbage disposal was not working and one of the toilets leaked at the base. I was surprised that these items had not been taken care of before we moved in to use the house. This was reported to the property manager after check out. Overall, this is a great house for three couples to be comfortable. It is in a great location, about eight minutes from the center of Santa Fe; 15 minutes to the airport. The check in was very easy and well communicated. Would definitely stay in this house again.

You won't be disappointed.

One of the many positives of this house are the views. Very open with lots of windows. We loved the outdoor area. When traveling with couples, it is often hard to find a home with more than one king bed. This home has 3. We were contacted before the trip and asked if we would like to have a charcuterie board upon arrival. It was beautiful and delicious after a full day of travel. The house was very clean and had beautiful furnishings. We felt like we were out in the country, and yet it was a quick easy ride to town. We ate a light breakfast, had lunch out, and got takeout for dinner so we could enjoy the wonderful deck. More extensive cooking would have been a challenge. There are too many choices of restaurants to cook in Santa Fe anyway. If we travel to Santa Fe again, I will definitely stay here if possible.

So good I don’t want to talk about it

We just loved this house in Santa Fe! This house was perfect for a friends getaway (3 couples). The layout with 3 rooms with three kings were spacious and comfortable and the common areas open and great to hang out in. The views from the deck and hot tub were stunning, in particular on our rare snowy morning. The location was just a short 10 minute drive to town in a quiet neighborhood. The managers were easy to call and text with as we had a small issue with the hot tub that they were right on top of an fixed. Everything was great and we’d love to go back!

Lovely Property Perfect for Exploring Sante Fe.

This property includes 3 large bedrooms and a large indoor seating area. It is perfect for spending time with friends and family. There is also two large outdoor seating areas and a hot tub. We loved returning to the house after spending time in and around Sante Fe. The kitchen is well stocked, so if you’re inclined to cook, you’ll have the tools.
