The property is in a great location, within walking distance of attractions, shops, and restaurants. The house is beautifully furnished and very well maintained. With three bedrooms and three baths it was perfect for a girls weekend!

Wonderful Visit, Great Location

This little house is perfectly located for a stay in Santa Fe. The Square is just a few minutes walk and the home is wonderfully situated for everything you might want to do while you are visiting Santa Fe. The house is clean, and well-stocked. It was a pleasure to stay here, and we would do it again on our next visit!

Easy breezy location - short walk to the town square (Plaza) and .8 mile walk to the big grocery stores. We were a group of 50 something girlfriends from high school and all 6 of us agreed that it was a wonderful place.

Wonderful House!

Our family, ranging in age from 24 to 85, had a wonderful stay. There was space to have everyone together and to relax apart if wanted. The house is walking distance to the plaza (even in the cold)!

Perfect for friends trip

We thoroughly enjoyed this unit during a recent friends' trip. Great location with just a quick walk to Plaza, shops, and restaurants. Underground parking is KEY. Super quiet, 2 patios for morning coffee or afternoon snacks and drinks. Fireplaces, lots of room and private spaces, well stocked with toiletries, towels, kitchen items. Kokopelli management is easy to work with.

Great place in great location

The property is very nice and most everything went well. It was disappointing that two of the fireplaces did not work but the one in the main room did. Kitchen is good - a bit tight for a big family dinner. We would rent the place again despite the mgmt company messing up our check in process.

Safe, clean, comfortable

The accommodations were just right for our group, with each bedroom having an en suite bathroom. It was also great to have a powder room for convenience when gathered together in the main room. Kitchen was well appointed. Really happy with the security features. My only slight criticism was the lack of a closet in one of the bedrooms.

Although the condo was well located, comfortable and fairly well appointed, the interior was dark and the decor is in need of some updates. On check-in one tub was partially filled with dank, foul-smelling water. French doors next to the main entrance do not lock.

Great condo

This property was perfect for three couples. We each had our own privacy. The location was perfect and within walking distance to restaurants and things to do. I would caution renters to read the checkin directions carefully about how to find the condo. The numbers of the units are not in order and it can be confusing. However worth it once you get there also make sure you put in # when needed for gate codes.

Sante Fe in October

The vacation rental is in a great location, walkable to the square. The property is very well maintained and felt very safe with all the codes to get in to the property. The house itself is just as portrayed on the website. Very well maintained and the layout is great. Bedroom and bathroom downstairs is very large for anyone not able to manage stairs. Another very large bedroom upstairs with its own bathroom and a smaller bedroom with two twin beds and its own bathroom. The twin beds are a bit different as the bed frames are on wheels and move around quite a bit at night if one is a restless sleeper. Kitchen is also very nice and perfectly stocked but not overly stocked which is actually nice as some rentals have too much "old/leftover" stuff. Living area is very comfortable with a nice big dining table for families to gather. Would definitely recommend and book again!
