"Staff is absolutely wonderful, I stayed 4 nights, they helped me with 2 full day excursions. they had 2 employees take us to a nice Batangas beach resort with white Sand , swimming, personal beach hut, good restaurant on that excursion all in their resort vehicle. "Friendly lobby staff. The dive center was helpful. Tried to eat at restaurant, ended up going to nearby places as didn’t like the restaurant service. The lace was busy. One server told us we can use one of the tables once the cleaned it as prior diners just left. But then another server came in and put a reserved sign on the table. There was no coordination among servers and I hear some other people comping on the wait to get food so we didn’t want to wait for a table and went somewhere else....

"Although there was a typhoon during our stay the staff was very friendly and attentive. When I first entered my room I noticed the toilet water wasn't working.
