Amueblado con una cama Queen en la habitación principal con vestidor, una segunda y tercera habitación con dos (2) literas, ambas con un armario completo, con capacidad para 4 niños (o 2 adultos y 2 niños) en cada habitación. Todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado y tienen armarios de tamaño completo, amplio balcón, cocina con todos los equipos de acero inoxidable, micro, lavadora / secadora, televisor, DVD, sistema de música.



    Amplio y muy cómodo departamento nuevo. Amueblado con una cama Queen Set en la habitación principal con vestidor. Una segunda y tercera habitación con dos (2) literas, ambas con un armario completo, con capacidad para 4 niños (o 2 adultos y 2 niños) en cada habitación. Todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado y tienen armarios de tamaño completo, amplio balcón, cocina con todos los equipos de acero inoxidable, micro, lavadora / secadora, televisor, DVD, sistema de música.

    Peña Mar Ocean Club es un complejo bien asegurado con seguridad las 24 horas. El desarrollo cuenta con tres piscinas, 1 piscina para niños, 1 cancha de tenis, una cancha de baloncesto, un jacuzzi, una pista para caminar y un gimnasio con sauna, parque infantil y casa club. La vista desde el balcón es espectacular, puedes ver las islas Villa Marina, Palomino, Palominito y en un día claro puedes ver Culebra y St. Thomas Acceso al apartamento sin escaleras, estacionamiento para 2 autos, complejo cerrado

    El complejo es muy seguro con seguridad las 24 horas y entrada privada. Los viajes de snorkel están a 1 minuto (en el puerto deportivo que se ve desde la cubierta); Playa Seven Seas es una playa hermosa y poco concurrida; una reserva natural con visitas guiadas es de 5 min; y El Yunque Caribbean National Forest es de 20 min. Las tiendas de comestibles están a 2 minutos. Además, puede tomar un ferry (a 5 minutos) o un avión en el aeropuerto local para visitar las islas Culebra y Vieques. El Conquistador Resort y el campo de golf están a 3 minutos. A poca distancia de Marinas, donde puede ir por un día navegando a Icacos, Palominos, Ramos, entre otras islas. San Juan está a solo una hora de distancia

We had an amazing stay! The host was incredibly responsive and engaged throughout our visit, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view was absolutely breathtaking and made our trip even more special. We truly felt at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation!

We recently stayed at Carlos’ place and had a fantastic time. Everything was in working order, the unit was clean, was extremely comfortable, and the views were stunning.Great food and beaches nearby.We would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a relaxing vacation.

Stayed 2 nights with 6 people and it was a very nice stay. Carlos is a great host and goes out of his way to make sure his guests have a nice time. My son enjoyed the pools and it's a close location to Walmart and places to eat if you have a car. Plenty big enough to accommodate even more than 6 people. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you!

Carlos was a great host. The communication and the promptness in his responses was amazing. The apartment was exactly as described, no issues, the kids enjoyed the pools that stay open until 10pm. The only issue was security. They only have one security guard at a time so if you want to come in when they r making their rounds expect at least a 20 minute wait to get in. Even with that, If we come back to Puerto Rico we would definitely stay here again.

Amazing mini stay

I can’t say enough about just how wonderful our stay was in this beautiful condo. The view, location, and amenities were outstanding. I was also very impressed with the host, always making sure we had everything we needed and were happy. I can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful condo

The condo is beautiful! Spacious and comfortable with everything you need, including beach equipment. The balcony and the views are amazing, hands down my favorite part of the trip. I would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing Vacations !!!

Pasamos un fin de Semana Espectacular. Peña Mar es un lugar hermoso. El apartamento estaba precioso, súper limpio, espacioso y con una vista increíble. Necesitábamos desconectarnos y recargar baterías y lo logramos.

First, I must say that Carlos is an excellent host! Always available for questions and amazingly friendly. This place is a great value, very affordable and a great spot to explore the Fajardo area. The balcony views are amazing and we enjoyed sitting out each night after our busy days. The condo has definitely been used a lot, but still nice and the minor spots of wear here and there didn't bother us. Perhaps the kitchen cabinets, etc could use a little scrubbing but we generally just slept here and didn't cook. The pools at this property are very nice, especially enjoyed the one with the water slide although the hours for that seem unpredictable.The lock box for entry is difficult to use, but a call to Carlos and he helped me through it immediately so no down time at all. Perhaps a new lockbox would help.In summary, would 100% stay here again, great launching spot for the east end of PR! Thanks again, Carlos!

Convenient, clean, lots of room

Property has a great view of the Ocean and of Fajardo in general, very pretty. Apartment is clean, lots of room, very secure, great amenities, would recommend for a family. Host was very helpful and made the experience very simple.

Fajardo is a gem

We came here to visit the Bio Bay but realized there was plenty to see in the area. It was great to have space with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The building was quiet and we even had time to swim in the pool. Carlos was very prompt and helpful. Check in and out was easy.

The room was very clean, the view was amazing from the balcony, the pool and hot tub were very cold. The host did not leave the contract with the gate attendant and took almost 2 hours to get into the condo. I reported that the refrigerator was leaking and host didn’t send anyone out to fix it. The second bathroom the faucet was loose.

Todo estuvo muy bien. El apartamento limpio. Los cuartos todo muy ordenado suficientes camas para todo el grupo. El Sr. Bermúdez en todo momento estuvo accesible, buena comunicación.

Location is good, the place was clean and it's gated. Host communication is easy and friendly. We had some electrical issues from a previous storm, and I just did not want to deal with getting them fixed (this is vacation and I do that at home) so we just did without TV. I think the hot tub should be removed as a feature. It is never hot and jets not on. No fault of the host, but you get your hopes set on relaxing the muscles on vacation and it's not going to happen, in that lukewarm, bath water (hot tub). Pools are good! I would suggest putting all food, bread and all, in the fridge. Ants got in my French baguette before we got a chance to use it. They don't come out unless there is food out. Easy access to grocery store and beaches to the north. Lovely outside area and place to hang wet clothes. It's good to have a washer and dryer, too. Staff at the gate are all super kind!

Awesome place

This property is outstanding. Breathtaking view from the balcony and the living space was beautiful. I would definitely recommend it and would stay there again. The property manager was very helpful and kind. Thank you! 🙏

Fun In Fajardo

This property was everything it was advertised, room for all seven of us. The master bedroom and bath was separated from the other bath and bedrooms,...for those that snore!!!. The expansive outdoor balcony made for another dining area when the weather was good, and during our stay, if we dined in, it was on the balcony. Parking for two vehicles,...awesome! A perfect location, for a larger Family or a group of Friends, to hub out of ,while exploring the eastern part of the Island. We would definitely return!Steve & Family

Amazing stay!

We had a great stay at Carlos’ condo for our kids’ first overseas trip. Great place with fresh renovations, beautiful views, and of course the great pools. Carlos was a very responsive host and made sure that every issue noted by a previous reviewer had been addressed. He even had some tasteful holiday decorations and candles around since we were there over Christmas holiday. He was very interested in making sure we enjoyed our stay and had no troubles throughout. Would definitely recommend and our family would definitely return again. Thank you, Carlos!
