Stunning Resort Apartment at Las Casitas

  • Beautiful Garden View apartment located at the luxurious Las Casitas Village in Fajardo, PR. The apartement is equipped with all tha basic amenites needed for a fun and relaxing. Las casitas has two amazing infitiy pools with views to Palomino Island and Icakos Island. The property is near the beach, marinas, restaurants and El Yunque tropical forest. . Our property is independently owned and managed and is not affiliated with, operated by, or associated with the El Conquistador Hotel.

    Guests can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, stunning ocean views, and access to the Las Casitas community pools. Please note that hotel amenities at El Conquistador, including the water park, Palomino Island ferry, gym, and certain resort facilities, are reserved for hotel guests and are not included with this rental unless independently offered by the resort during your stay.

    Las Casitas is conveniently located near Las Croabas, restaurants, marinas, water taxis to Icacos and Palomino, and many of Fajardo’s top attractions, making it the perfect place to relax and explore the east coast of Puerto Rico.

Wonderful condo in the peaceful las casitas village. Bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get up in the morning!Pool and hot tub were nice and offer a beautiful view. I enjoyed reading on the balcony. There are no food or drink options on the property, but good restaurants nearby. Right down from the gate there is a place called "Ta Qui La" that served me the best margarita I've ever had!

The views were spectacular!

It was close to so many fun places and we loved the infinite pools. The owners were prompt to help us with questions.

The property was spacious and comfortable. Quiet and safe. Apt needs a little of TLC but nothing that would ruin your stay. I would definitely stay again. Oh and the host was quick to response to any questions

Las casitas stay

Room was not cleaned, linens, towels were not cleaned, sofa lounge was not cleaned. I had to contact management that was not in Puerto Rico at the time, I explained room was not cleaned or prepared and they immediately sent someone over to clean. Overall everything was perfect after that. We enjoyed our stay! 🙂

I have been to Las Casitas en El Conquistadors many times. I got engaged there, got married there, birthdays, etc... This resort is not new to me. So when I booked this, I thought I was booking this through Expedia, but I had no idea Expedia was linked with Vrbo which apparently has hidden small letters with rules and regulations for this rental. This means no Palomino Island, no Spa, no gym, or use of the restaurants on property. Fortunately for me since I’m from the island, I managed to use ALL the facilities anyway and had an incredibly wonderful time. About cleanliness: it rained on and off every day and water comes through the door daily. There’s a mop there so you have to mop every day. They sent the cleaning person the day after I checked in to mop the floors.,lol… even though I already told the owners I did it myself. Since she was already there, I pointed at all the dust in certain areas of the bedroom and the kitchen. She SAW what I was talking about, cleaned those specific areas, but the place still needed a better cleaning, especially in the bedroom. Also when you shower get ready for the bathroom floor to be wet because the shower doesn’t really have a door that closes, this means more mopping. The best part of this place was the balcony. There you can sit, listen to the birds, watch the rain falling and it’s very relaxing. I will definitely suggest better cleaning in the bedroom since there’s no ventilation, and it smells musty. The furniture was nice.

The village is beautiful and the views are scenic. The apartment is comfortable for four guests. The kitchen was well-equipped. The bed and sofa bed were both comfortable, although very noisy whenever you moved in the bed. When we arrived, there were no bed sheets for the sofa bed, but they were provided soon after we requested them. I would recommend including a washer and dryer since there is a designated space in the apartment. It would be a very welcome addition. I would also suggest including a container (or small table) in the shower to place the soap, shampoo, and conditioner. I had to purchase a container in the grocery store so that the soap bar would not be directly on the shower floor. The doors in the apartment should be fixed. Several of them have expanded due to humidity and they are difficult, or barely able, to close. Also, many of the electricity outlets are overhanging. Finally, the biggest area for improvement is the internet connection. The connection was very poor at best, but most of the time it did not work at all. We were not able to check emails or watch movies (i.e., Netflix). I let the people in charge know about this, but they responded that unfortunately, the current company (Claro) was the only one available there. I would recommend to the owners that if there is no way to fix the internet connection issue, this should be stated in the description. Apart from the no internet and the other minor issues, we had a great time.

Property is in very good conditions. Very nice unit. Owners communicated with us diligently. We are very satisfied with the “Casita”. No complains with the apartment. The only complain is more related with the owners of El Conquistador, they don’t allow “Las Casitas” residents that booked with third parties to use or enter their facilities in the hotel. That’s a bummer. Other than that, the stay was awesome!
