We are 24/7 available. Our team goal is for you to have the best vacation ever. We give all kind of recommendations before arrival.
We have one bedroom with a queen bed, a mezzanine with two twin beds and one bathroom. Also, a private pool and an outdoor shower.
We have a workable space in case you need it. Great place to work and have fun!

Cute charming walk-up located 12 STEPS from the sand of the most beautiful urban beach in Puerto Rico. Master with a queen size bed and the second bedroom is a mezzanie with two twin beds. One bathroom and also, we have a shower outside and a Private heated Pool, brand new. Located between Condado and Ocean Park, San Juan, a lively (and the safest) neighborhood. Walking distance to a variety of local and trendy restaurants and 10 minutes cab ride from the airport and to Old San Juan.
Enjoy the peaceful breeze and sun in the mornings and then have fun exploring restaurants, pubs, disco, etc. in Condado (drinks), Old San Juan (Salsa), Isla Verde (disco), Piñones (Bomba y Plena) in the evenings. Or just do a picnic at night on the beach. We have 24 hour security!

Ana was very friendly and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay. Ana gave us a list of walkable restaurants and cafes that were great! Safe and easy walk to beach and local restaurants. We enjoyed the heated pool. The house was cozy and stocked with all the essentials.

The location was perfect! The beach was so close but also within walking distance to so many eateries. Great part of San Juan. More spacious than most and very comfortable. Had all the amenities we needed although the wifi never worked great. Isabel the owner communicated well before our stay and Ana the property manager was super helpful with check in info and any questions we had while we were there. Responded right away. The apartment had character and charm and we felt right at home. The outdoor areas were nice to have as well.

BEAUTIFUL LOCATION CLOSE TO BEACH AND WALKABLE AREA.

We had a really great time! The house was just as described and within minutes of the beach. We could easily walk to several different places to eat. Anna was great in letting us know of any potential problems, as well as helping with parking. We really appreciated being able to check in early after a long redeye flight. Loved staying there and we plan on going back. The location is fantastic!

Execellent Property

This apartment was the best place we have ever stayed. Ana the property manager was amazing to work with every step of the way, our family had a traumatic emergency during our stay and she eased our way throughout those tough times. Can not say enough good things about the place and the management, plus it was steps away from the beach. Not to mention the orange tabby kitty (el gato) that kept us company the whole stay, he was amazing. Honestly couldn't have asked for a better place or people to work with! Will definitely back soon!

Perfect Getaway Stay

Tucked just 12-steps from the beach and close to great local restaurants and shops, this villa was the perfect home base for our Puerto Rico getaway. Cozy, and clean. It had everything we needed to relax after days spent exploring. The hosts were incredibly warm and helpful, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. A true gem in paradise—we can't wait to come back!

Perfect spot for a San Juan vacation

My wife and I spent week in San Juan. The location was ideal for getting into Old San Juan, to and from the airport, restaurants, grocery stores and the BEACH!!! Everything we needed for the beach was provided! Towels, umbrellas, chairs and toys. The proximity to the beach was amazing!! Great place to stay for a couple looking for a beach getaway!

Great location and comfortable property

If you want a place that's close to the beach in a safe neighborhood, this is it. Well-stocked kitchen and comfortable living room that's three steps away from a private-patio hot tub. My wife and I stayed here with our 13-year-old-granddaughter, and it was ideal. Everything we needed for a fun beach day was in inventory. There are great restaurants close by, including an amazing bakery called Kasalta (that Barack Obama visited). Host's PR information was abundant and availability was excellent.

Convenience

Thank you for providing such a convenient experience to stay in the San Juan area and also be able to explore. You offered convenience in communication for pre check in guides, check in, propert communication, and check out, parking, and both beach access and indoor pool (wonderfully deeper than it looks). Stayed 5 nights and wish our schedules would have let us stay a week.

Great house, location can't get any better than this!

This is a fantastic property! It is literally 30 seconds from the beach, and is stocked with everything you could ever want: beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, sports toys, etc. The house had plenty of space for our group of 4, and is 12 min walking from a great grocery store (SuperMax). 5-10 min walking away from a ton of restaurants. The beach we had cannot be beat. We spent a day in Condado as well, and the beach here at Ocean Park was waayy more our speed (fewer tourists, less noisy, more local-feeling). We also had a late flight out on our last day and Ana (property manager) and Isabel (owner) were very kind and flexible with our check out, which we really appreciated. We did have some trouble with our hot tub not being hot for part of the trip, but we worked that out with the hosts. Also had more maintenance people in and out of the house than we expected (replacing the pool motor, plumbers for the outdoor shower, pool cleaners). However, Ana was very communicative the entire time, and was always there to answer our questions as well. 10/10 house, and 10/10 hosts!!

Low water pressure - No running water for 2 days

We visit Puerto Rico a few times a year. This was our experience at Isabel's duplex. The facts: Oct. 22 - Very little water pressure upon our arrival Oct. 24 - Running water turned to drips -Toilet would not flush -Toilet tank empty Oct. 25 - Property manager (Ana) told us to manually fill up toilet tank with water from downstairs kitchen faucet -Ran up and down stairs multiple times to do this -Water pressure very low on 1st floor Oct. 26 early morning - no running water in bathroom -Requested refund for 2 nights -Was told to contact Isabel for refund October 27 night - Isabel apologized, said it's PR's system, offered a compensation October 26-28 - no running water inside entire condo--No toilet, no bathroom/kitchen sinks, no shower More facts: -We used our water bottles for hygiene -Pillows/sheets smelled/looked dirty upon arrival (probably no water to wash them) -Asked for refund for 2 nights of no water -Received $114 total from Isabel (1 night=$190) -Was told VRBO's policy is 30% a night -Called VRBO-was told this isn't true/no such thing -VRBO said owner gives what $ they want to Told by owner and property manager: This happens It's PR's system Sorry There's nothing we can do about it Public infrastructure is not our problem ***We've been to PR many times and this has never happened to us. We were waiting on Isabel to get back to us, and by the time she did, we only had 1 day left that we didn't want to waste on looking for a hotel. Think 2x!
