My Stay was excellent. It was easy to get to from the airport and a beautiful location. The staff was friendly. The balcony was more impressive than the pictures and the room was very comfortable with air-conditioning and Netflix too. The water was regulated but it wasn't too inconvenient considering other conditions in Puerto Rico. The beach was beautiful turquoise, warm, clean water and the sunsets were amazing. I highly recommend booking this location. i will be returning very soon.

Wonderful location, view of the beach is fantastic. Access to the beach and pool was simple. Communication with host was easy and fast. Everything as described. Comfortable bed, would definitely stay there again

The room was clean, had a beautiful balcony that we enjoyed in the morning and at night with beach/ocean views. Pool was also large and nice. There is noise from planes due to proximity of airport but really wasn’t obnoxious. Close to shops, pharmacies and restaurants. Direct beach access, would stay here again!

First time staying in this area - property was just perfect for the two of us - had everything we needed for 5 days, gorgeous beach, clean and close to everything!

Perfect location, right on the beach. Condo has excellent security. Restaurants, hotels within walking distance. Would definitely recommend it.

Loved the location literally less than five minutes away from the beach. Incredible food options near by and felt incredibly safe living here.

This was our second year staying at this lovely unit and we hope to arrange 2-3 weeks next year! Location, beach, neighborhood (walkable to groceries, restaurants and entertainment). Quick Uber to airport and Old San Juan. Host is great - very helpful instruction book and responsive to any questions. We can't think of any negatives, except maybe remove the snow we came home to in CT!

Amazing 5-star stay!

If you’re looking to visit PR on a budget this is the perfect room to book! It was in a great location to visit the beach and take very short Ubers to old PR and sight seeing. The room was very clean with all amenities that were advertised. 5/5 will stay again and recommend to family and friends!

The condo had everything we needed and more. 2 beach chairs and 1 lounger, a cooler, beach blanket, beqch towels, snorkel, fins, sand toys, rolling carry cart, sun screen, bug spray, coffee & filters, etc. The view from the balcony was very nice but full sun so a bit to hot to sit out there for to long. The bed was very comfortable. The facility pool was large and clean and accessible to the beach. The units parking spot was very convenient being located right next to the entry door and elevators. We used the laundry area which is in the plaza area and open to the outdoors so we did not have to sit in a hot laundry room while our clothes were washing. The condo is in a perfect location for restaurants, beach, casino, necessities.

This was my boyfriend's first time staying in a vacation rental and I've stayed at numerous ones but he absolutely loved it. The condo has an amazing view from the bed. It's walking distance to many restaurants and just a short uber ride to Old San Juan, the airport, and other attractions. He said he would love to stay here again on our next visit to San Juan.
