Please note that during February 2026, the Autoridad de Acueductos y Alcantarillados (AAA) has implemented scheduled water distribution restrictions in certain areas of Puerto Rico, including Isla Verde / Carolina.

Water service may be available only during designated hours. These government-imposed restrictions are outside of the host’s control and do not constitute a property issue.

Refunds will not be issued for interruptions caused by public utility rationing.

If uninterrupted water service is essential for your stay, please confirm the current AAA schedule prior to booking.

A remodeled, beautifully decorated studio apartment, located in San Juan's Isla Verde District. This condo is surrounded by the 2 most beautiful beaches of Isla Verde, The Ritz Carlton Beach is located in front of our Condo (see photos from our balcony) & The Hotel San Juan Beach is located across our Oceanfront Condo. This apartment has a breathtaking ocean view, and comes with a fully equipped kitchen, queen size Murphy bed, air conditioner, private balcony, cable TV, High Speed Internet, 32 inches Plasma TV, DVD, coin laundry facilities, 1 parking space and 24-hour direct access to the beach. Owner takes pride of this lovely and cozy studio. Enjoy perfect weather all year round. Transportation (bus) is readily available within a short walk from the condo. El San Juan beach is within one minute across the condo. The other beach by the Ritz Carlton is exactly where the condo is located. Lovely ocean view studio for couples.


Old San Juan: Take a Self-Guided Walking Tour: The top of attractions of Old San Juan can easily be seen on foot for the most part. Since Old San Juan is considered to be the area within the old fort or castle walls and only 7 square blocks, you can see alot in one day on foot if you are so inclined. This area will delight you with its Spanish architecture, churches, shops, restaurants, and museums, not to mention historically significant buildings and other features. Calle Fortaleza is a street favored by many tourists because of its attractive restaurants, hotels and shops.

Since the old town is bordered by San Juan Bay, a walk along the waterfront can be a pleasant way to start or end your walking tours or enjoy a respite while taking in the great vistas it has to offer. The most picturesque blocks in my view are bounded by Calle Luna and Calle San Sebastián South/North and Calle Tanca, Calle del Cristo East/West, but, wherever you are landed, Old San Juan is so compact that you don't need a map and, if you enjoy walking...

Didn't have access to the beach, dirty shower, ripped comforter, mattress very soft that you sink in.,shower gel it seems like dawn dish soap, balcony door didn't have lock, building rusted doors. I had to leave the next day for another hotel.

Quiet studio apartment perfect for 1-2 people with the waves as your lullaby at night. Loved the easy and close access to the beach. Communication was easy and quick. Would 100% stay here again.

Overall, the accommodations were just what we needed for our beach vacation. The additional access to beach gear (towels/chairs/cooler/umbrella) made for a stress free trip to any local beach. My only want would be the view of the beach as the pictures shown on the listing - our view was occluded by trees. Overall we had a great stay with good accomodations and hosts.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this little apartment for a few nights last week and we both agreed that the place started feeling like home after the second night! The view every single morning was amazing and the ocean lulls you to sleep at night. The place is nicely decorated and getting there wasn’t much of a hassle. Manny was incredibly helpful even after we said we’d take a bit longer because of our flight. Overall, this place was a nice experience for our first time in PR!

Everything was lovely, loved that the shower head moved up and down to your liking, the bottled water ready for us as it was very hot, the ac worked the whole time perfectly and everything was very accessible and Ubers were always available and the view was spectacular. Would recommend thisPlace if you’re traveling to PR, manny was very nice as well: thank you for the hospitality!

Fantastic Location!!

I was traveling alone and it felt safe and was very clean. The location was absolutely fantastic!! I loved the ocean view, having the sound of the ocean inside the unit, and the 2 beautiful beaches on either side. Would stay there again!

Nice accommodations.

The studio was exactly as described. Worked well for a couple. The beach is just steps down the road. Always had a parking spot. A little off the beaten path but maybe quieter than the main areas.

Amazing location, host, and all I needed

Excellent communication and helpfulness even with a late check-in time. Apartment very clean and tidy. Apartments beautifully set up, furnishings and equipment starting to get tired. So close to the beach. There are many handy shops and eating places within 10 min walking distance. A wonderful stay, thank you so much

20 year anniversary

Walked in to balloons and wine!!! Both host are AMAZING!! View from room although from a side angle was BREATHTAKING!! Room very clean, everything from beach towels, cooler, beach chairs are there to make your stay a little extra special. I would definitely book again.

The apartment is cosy and well located. The view will put a smile on your face when you wake up in the morning and at night it is quite romantic to hear the tide and the wind in the palm tree. Even though it is small, I consider it to be a good deal when you compare it to other alternatives. My wife and I where looking basically for a place to sleep while on the island (we were on a tight budget)and we were pleased with our decision. Nilsa the owner is a very nice person to do business with also. We will be back again for a longer stay.

Exactly what we hoped it would be!

The reviews did this property, and the hosts, justice. The pictures were exactly what we found when we got to the apartment. I texted the host, and he responded in less than a minute. The hosts were welcoming, and easily reached during our stay. The views! We literally walked down the steps of the building, and the ocean was right there! We will be back!!!

Great Little Place For A Couple

This was a nice little place for a couple. You can sit out on the balcony and feel the ocean breeze. The bed was comfortable and the AC works great. Nilsa was very responsive to any issues we had and was very kind. She provides beach gear so you don’t have to worry about brining your own. The beach is just a short elevator ride down and only about a 100 yards away. Very convenient! The neighborhood felt very safe. There is parking, but it is first come first serve, we personally never had a problem getting a parking space, but it does appear to fill up later at night. I would recommend this place for a couple looking to stay in Puerto Rico for a romantic time.

Property was conveniently located near the beach and close to supermarkets and CVS. Property was overall OK. Had several issues with the apartment complex in itself, power outage twice for over 3 hours and no A/C. The closet sliding door kept derailing when you tried to slide it open. The pics dont actually justify the actual apartmente when you arrive. The place is small, however one thing we really liked is that it had three small coolers, had chairs and umbrellas and two microfiber towels and two sets of snorkeling equipment. The place is ideal for a couple on a budget.

Appropriate

The unit was clean and tastefully organized. Although small, it was adequate for my wife and I. However, I'd only recommend it for short stays. The unit isn't really setup for cooking. There is no oven, and only has two burners. The big problem however is parking. Although listed with a parking space- this is not the case. Afterword I was informed that the parking was "first come first serve". This is disingenuous. The owner needs to be upfront and forthcoming with renters.
