Excellent location, super clean apartment, nice size, great reviews and near the airport, several beaches, as well as a ton of restaurants. Carlos was an awesome host and responds quickly.

Perfect spot 2 blocks from ocean, has beautiful view from balcony, beach chairs, and coolers provided made beach days easier. Host responded fast. I'd book again!!

Very nice condo in a great location - pictures are very accurate. Across the street from a very nice beach and a large hotel/casino. Several stores and restaurants within walking distance. Carlos was a great host and was very responsive to any questions . Due to proximity to airport you do hear planes taking off

Our stay was great! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Check-in was easy, the host was responsive, communication was quick and easy. We were short on time so didn't get to use the pool but it looked well kept. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Great place to stay

The apartment is safe and convenient. The owner was very easy to communicate with and available for any needs. This is a perfect location, close to everything. We plan to go back!

December stay

Our stay was amazing! Only ranking 4 stars as getting into the building / garage for the first time was a little confusing since the keys and transponder were inside the apartment. Also there isn’t an oven but we didn’t need one. Loved the location, cleanliness, and everything else!

I want to thank Carlos for his hospitality and for making us fell at home. We enjoy our stay. we had an unforgettable experience in the island of Puerto rico. The apartment was exactly as the picture. we were provided with everything we needed for our stay. the area is beautiful, public transportation was free. Uber service was reliable

Everything about this condo was great. The place is bright clean airy. What is more important to me is safety and I felt safe. There is a laundry and weight room and I used both. You can cook if you want buy groceries. The host is accommodating and easy to reach. I will return.

Fantastic property! The apartment is very nice, modern and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided - beach chairs/coolers/towels, kitchen had plates/utensils, multiple coffee makers. Seriously, before buying anything check the drawers in the kitchen and bathroom! Loved the pool, it was very clean but could use new loungers. There's also a play area and tables - there was a birthday party while we were there which we got invited to! The location cannot be beat - easy walk to restaurants, beach, pharmacy, right across from the big hotels in the area. There are security cameras throughout the building and the lady in the office was always on top of everything and friendly.Communication was fantastic, Carlos answered all my questions right away and the only issue we had - dead battery on the parking gate remote - was fixed right away. I was born and raised in the area and now live on the mainland so I know the area very well and I cannot recommend this apartment enough. Will definitely come back!

Complete and Cozy Stay

This is an adorable apartment on the 22th floor of a complex across from El San Juan Hotel. Beach access is a mere crossing of the street through the walkway. Views of the water are lovely from the balcony. The apartment is completely stocked with all that you might need for a vacation with extra bottles of sunscreen! It is well maintained and clean, not one problem during the whole of our stay.

Beautiful Unit

Worth every penny. Beautiful condo with 24/7 security. Extremely close to everything you may need. Supermarcado, beaches, airport, local towns and so much more. Very accommodating. Along with parking should you rent a vehicle. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. Also has great views! Will definitely book again.

Great place with accurate description of unit.

Great location and very walkable to restaurants, shops and beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I’ve stayed in many units and this has everything you need. The kitchen was well stocked with all utensils. Easy check in and owner is available for questions. The only suggestion I would add is since there is no dishwasher to have a small folding dryer rack available. I would definitely recommend this unit and visit again.
