Elegant and secluded private community with only 15 units located in a great tourist destination area. The property offers the best experience and value based on its location and all amenities included as well as new power backup generator and air conditioning in all living areas - see the traveler reviews and see for yourself! This garden level condo offers 1,500 square feet of living area that is wheelchair accessible all the way from the parking area to the inside of the condo. Both bedrooms are air conditioned and comfortably sleep 7 adults. Experience natural ocean breezes with great cross ventilation throughout.

Two bedrooms and two bathrooms offer all the amenities. Casement windows in the kitchen area open up to your own serving counter area for the terrace with, or course, great view to the beach. Spacious beachfront veranda with gorgeous views to the Atlantic Ocean and surrounding patio with views to luscious El Yunque National Rain Forest. You can enjoy beach views of the sunrise and moon over the ocean from all living areas inside the condo. Dream away on the main bedroom suite with direct ocean views from the king size bed with private access to the beachfront veranda through your own in-room glass doors. Relax on this oasis at any of the provided hammocks in the patio, in the two person chaise lounge overlooking the ocean, or bask in the sun in the golden sand beach only steps away.

Our stay was wonderful!! The condo was perfect for the four of us, the front patio was so relaxing, we ate breakfast out there every morning! The side area with the hammock and lounge chairs was a perfect late afternoon spot too. The hosts were lovely and very welcoming and response! Walking outside daily to the beach was a highlight!

Beach paradise

Unbelievable views in Luquillo. It was a lovely stay and so enjoyable to wake up and wind down on the back porch. Place was large and had everything we needed. Would love to stay here again

Beautiful getaway

We had an amazing time. The location is great. Access to the beach is easy. There are a lot of resources nearby (shops, restaurants, markets, etc). The hosts were great and very friendly & responsive.

Vacation

The condo was wonderful. The best part is the spacious lanai with the ocean view. The swimming and snorkeling were right outside our door. The condo had everything we needed for a relaxing beach stay. Our hosts were very helpful guiding me on my first VRBO experience.

Great view everyday

Having palm trees and a view of the ocean and beach steps away was wonderful. Loved that there was snorkeling gear, beach chairs, boogie boards, and ample outdoor living. There was air conditioning in the bedrooms. Adjusting to them humidity was challenging.

A family gathering to celebrate my birthday.

We all loved our stay at this condo. The location was great and the setting perfect. It had a beautiful view. We enjoyed sitting out on the large, covered balcony watching the water and the palm trees. There was always a nice breeze so never any bugs. It was a very quiet neighborhood. The small beach in front of the property was great and you could walk less than a mile on the beach to the local public beach which was larger and had great swimming. The hosts were very good at communicating with us so no problems there at all. The place was clean and the kitchen was fairly well equipped. There were plenty of towels and lots of beach towels!! One complaint we had was the bunk beds in the back bedroom were not ideal for our two adult daughters. We knew going into the place that there were bunk beds in the room but it would definitely be more suited for younger children than adults. A couple would probably not like the sleeping situation in that room much at all. We would love to go back to this condo again and really enjoyed Puerto Rico.

Great family trip to the beach

I recently had a great family vacation at this beach home – it truly exceeded our expectations! Amazing Beach Experience

This condo is absolutely perfect for those looking to spend time on the beach and explore everything Puerto Rico has to offer. We went with our family including our children ages 4 and 7 and my wife's parents. Frankie and Dorisa answered every question we had, and made sure the trip was flawless from start to finish. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was nice as we went in August. There are grocery stores, a Walgreens, and restaurants very close, yet the condo itself is quiet, safe and feels secluded. We can't wait to get back to Luquillo and would absolutely stay here again!

A lovely, well-stocked condo, right on the beach.

We had a lovely stay in this lovely condo. The condo is a beautiful location, right on the beach, with several other beaches within a 10 minute walk. It is also a great launching point for adventures in El Yunque national forest. Additionally the condo is very stocked with everything you need for the beach (chairs, snorkeling equip, towels, etc.) and a well-stocked kitchen as well. We especially loved the front covered patio area and the hammock. Frankie and Dorisa are great hosts - very responsive to whatever you needed. We were so pleased.

A perfect place to spend the week.

The location is excellent. When they say it is beach front, the only thing between you and the beach because it’s a gated property. So refreshing to wake up and watch the ocean every morning. Frankie and Dorisa are excellent hosts. We communicated regularly the week before the rental and Frankie met us at the property for the check in. He gave use a great tour and followed up with us to make sure we were happy. Everything you need for the beach is included. Plenty of chairs, towels, beach activities etc. The condo is all tile, so it is very clean and comfortable for the beach. Our family was totally happy with the stay and we will likely be back. Thank You Frankie and Dorisa!

Great property and location

As kids got older we stopped gifting and started travelling for holidays and our place in Luquillo was perfect for the 4 of us. It has everything you could ever need in a well-appointed property. Many attractions within walking distance and many more within a reasonable car ride. We could not have had a better stay and visit to PR! Thank you Dorissa and Frankie!

Frankie and Dorisa are great hosts and the property is wonderful

Hurricane Fiona came through and caused some trouble but Frankie personally showed up and helped us with a solar powered solution to power the appliances and helped us through the power outage. Our stay was fantastic and we enjoyed the hammocks, outdoor Oceanview table, snorkeling, walks around the point, etc. This was not our first time staying and I hope it is not the last. Great property, great hosts.

Amazing beach condo with everything!

this condo was the highlight of our trip. It is an amazing beach front condo fully stocked with everything you could think of. My kids loved all the snorkeling gear provided. The back porch was so relaxing to sit on and we hung out there the most. The beach is rocky so you need to wear shoes when you're in the water but it was fun for just sitting in the warm water.

Beach side Paradise

Frankie and Dorisa met us at condo when our flight arrived super late. Thank you! The place was absolutely clean and well equipped with all the essentials and more. My daughter wanted to stay in the hammock the majority of the time. The views were stunning - we enjoyed our morning breakfast and some dinners on the huge patio. Would definitely be staying here again when we decide to visit in the future.

Beautiful beach front property

Absolutely beautiful house in the perfect location. Paradise! We enjoyed ever minute of our stay at this property and didn’t want to leave. It was so relaxing sitting on the patio with the sea breeze. We cooked at the house several times and the kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. We snorkelled straight off the beach and saw stunning coral and beautiful sea life.

Paradise

This property is absolute paradise. It is steps from a small beach which was shaded with palm trees. Sitting on the porch, the breeze of the water was cool. We enjoyed watching the wind blow the palm trees and an occasional iguana venture by. We were minutes from the grocery store and the Luquillo Kiosk. The Rain forest was 20 -30 minutes away. We hiked and went Ziplining there. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Frankie met us there to show us around and answer any questions we might have. I would highly recommend this rental.

Beautiful home with an excellent location

The condo was very private, safe and comfortable. The terrace is amazing and the beach is perfect for children. There are so many amenities- beach towels, chairs, snorkeling gear. My only recommendation is that they add a first aid kit. This place has everything you need for a great vacation.

Lovely week in Luquillo

This place is as advertised. Right on the water in a tranquil area. If you want bigger waves, it’s a short walk or drive (so you can bring all of your chairs, coolers, etc.) to the best beach for body surfing or boogie boarding. The steady ocean breeze and a giant veranda overlooking the ocean make it great for people who may be a bit more heat-sensitive. The condo was clean and well-stocked. The hosts are great. Very welcoming and available. This is our 4th trip to Puerto Rico, and we found the lobster trifongo at La Fonda (nearby) to be the best dish we have sampled yet. So good! A house nearby has some dogs that howled once in a while, but the views and location made that a minor nuisance. Would come back again.

Fantastic Place To Stay!

So many wonderful things to say about this beautiful property! My family and I loved our stay and I would highly recommend booking. The condo was very clean and filled with many beach amenities. The layout of the condo is great and the covered patio overlooking the ocean was great! Not too mention, Frankie is a fantastic host!
