This property is under renovation. Much of it is old and dirty. It didn’t have air conditioning on any units and the photos with a balcony or mention of a balcony are fake. When I brought this up I was given a better room but it still didn’t match the photos, which looked so nice in the listing. The manager said the photos are only of “possible” rooms. While it’s supposedly a nonsmoking hotel, only the 3rd room I tried didn’t smell like smoke. The one bright spot is the front desk staff, who are very kind and try to help.
