We finished our remodel June 2020. Check out our reviews. So far so good. It looks like it's almost unanimous (5 Stars)!

This is a great location and a good place to barbecue and relax... only 2 properties from the sand.

Sleeps 5 comfortably or 6 with 2 couples and 2 small kids.. You'll love the front deck with a little view of sand and water with 6 seater gas Fire-pit dining table and all-weather wicker couch. Note* fire isn't working as it corroded underneath and is unsafe to use. Hoping to get it repaired but my contractor wasn't able to so we are working on finding parts.

2 bedrooms, 1 Cal King bed and one Queen beds, also a Queen sleeper in Sectional sofa (memory foam).

2 bathrooms; 1 full bath and an ensuite bath in the master bedroom.

All bedding, linens, and furniture are good quality. It is clean, disinfected, and decorated nicely with very comfortable beds and furniture. We offer a lot, including all the beach necessities; beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, beach umbrella, sand toys for kids, and beach cruiser bikes (sorry no small kids bikes). No need to pack much.

Parking for one car in garage. Free parking on the street. The garage will fit a big SUV but not lifted extended bed trucks.

The coin-operated laundry facilities are shared in the garage with an upstairs separate 1 bedroom unit. That's the only access they have to the house. They also have their own parking space and back entrance (their space is to the right of the garage). The tenant is very nice and keeps to himself so don't worry about your privacy. You probably won't even see him.

We have a card table and 4 folding chairs in case you want to play games at night inside or if you happen to be there when it's raining (hopefully you won't have rain but it happens just not too often).

Free WIFI and Direct TV with all the apps you can sign into with our own account.

Please only inquire if you are a small respectful group or family. This is not a party house! The homeowners next door will not tolerate loud music or drunken groups on the deck causing disturbances.

PET-FREE ZONE due to severe allergies. Including support animals.

Please let us know who is coming and a little about yourselves so we know who is staying.

I searched so many properties (I am a planner) I finally decided on this lovely house. I say stop searching and book this place. We had an excellent stay at this two-bedroom, two-bath home in Mission Beach. The layout was perfect—both bedrooms were comfortable, and having two full bathrooms made everything easy. The kitchen was a standout: clean, modern, and stocked with everything we needed to cook meals during our stay.The patio was one of our favorite spots to relax, especially in the evenings, and having a garage in Mission Beach was a huge bonus. The location was perfect for walking to the beach, the bay, and local restaurants.We didn’t get the greatest weather (still nice as it is San Diego) one amazing sunset. Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, and we would definitely book again on our next trip to San Diego!

This property was perfect for my family. We had a fabulous beach house stay while visiting my son’s college and Coronado. We enjoyed stepping out our beautiful front patio to play in the waves, watch beautiful sunsets, and walk to local restaurants and market. The host was attentive and the accommodations were clean and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable. We would love to stay here again.

This property is perfect in every way! It is laid out so nicely and is very well furnished! Beds are so comfortable! We loved the few steps to the sandy beach and board walk. From our deck we had a perfect view of the sunset and could hear the waves. We didn't have a car but it was an easy walk to markets and great little take outs. We would go back for sure! Communication with the hosts was great!

Everything was lovely and as described! Far enough south that it’s quite quiet, easy walk to the boardwalk if you want it and the convenient beach access, garage parking and provided beach supplies made it a perfect spot for our family of 4.

Excellent beach house w great views of ocean from the deck. Has everything you need from complete kitchen, steps to beach, to great mattress. Bodega and bars a 3 min walk as well. Owners were attentive and even exchange text if something goes wrong. Will try to reserve again in near future.

Overall this property was so cute and cozy! The host had great communication and was quick to respond. The house is very close to the beach and had all necessary items to take with us. We enjoyed it very much. The only one thing we wished we had was a fire pit at night but everything else was absolutely perfect. Thank you!

Perfect weekend getaway!

I stayed here for 4 days with two girlfriends for our annual girls trip and had the best time! The house was the perfect size for the three of us, was super clean and well stocked, and a great location. We spent a lovely day on the bikes that were in the garage cruising up and down mission beach. The house was a great central location for all the other areas we wanted to visit, and had plenty of food and coffee options nearby. Dave and Susan are incredible hosts, were extremely attentive and responsive, and were genuinely invested in ensuring we had the best trip. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice April Stay in South Mission Beach

Overall the property is nice. We’ve stayed at many beach houses in the Mission Beach area. This unit is above average. Nice beds, bathrooms, kitchen and living room. Deck area is great with nice beach/ocean view. Bikes are in good condition. Garage held our full size truck which is a big bonus. Remodeled two years ago but now starting to show signs of use. Scuff marks on walls from luggage. Rust showing on door hinges from being near salt water. Unit was clean upon arrival with exception of clump of dark hair on one of the shower drains. Some construction noise in upper unit during our stay but that should be temporary. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will strongly consider this unit for future stays.

Perfect Place on Mission Beach

The house is a perfect place to enjoy Mission Beach. Great location half a block to the beach. The house was very clean, quaint and cozy with comfortable beds. Really enjoyed the fire pit table out on the patio for nights. The provided parking is a huge plus! I would definitely book this place again!
