  • Nautical Beach House sólo 2 casas a la arena. Duerme 5-6. Gran terraza delantera con vista de arena y agua con mesa de comedor de 6 plazas con chimenea y sofá de mimbre para todo clima. 2 habitaciones, ambas con camas Queen y un rincón extra en la sala de estar con una cama Murphy Full size Check-in 3:00 PM Check-out 10:00 AM.


    1 baño completo y un baño 3/4 en uno de los dormitorios. Toda la ropa de cama, ropa de cama y muebles están en buen estado. Está limpio y bien decorado con camas y muebles muy cómodos. Esta es una antigua casa de playa que hemos pintado, amueblado y equipado para el disfrute de los viajeros. Necesitamos remodelar, pero hasta entonces los precios reflejan la antigüedad de las casas. La mayoría de nuestros inquilinos están contentos con lo que se ofrece al precio que solicitamos. Después de la remodelación será un par de cientos más por semana. Si está buscando algo nuevo y remodelado, esto puede no ser para usted. Lo mantenemos limpio y cómodo y ofrecemos mucho, incluyendo; Toda la playa necesita sillas, toallas, tablas de surf, bicicletas y más. Aparcamiento gratuito en el garaje. ¡Una gran terraza que todos adoran, y lo más importante, camas cómodas!

    Las instalaciones de lavandería que funcionan con monedas se comparten en el garaje con una unidad independiente 1 dormitorio de arriba. No tienen aparcamiento en el garaje, pero tienen acceso a la lavadora / secadora. También tienen su propia plaza de aparcamiento y entrada trasera (su espacio está a la derecha del garaje) No tienen acceso a la cubierta del patio delantero.

    Esta ubicación es tan ideal y tan cerca del océano y la bahía. Puedes caminar hacia el océano, literalmente, en 30 segundos y la bahía está a sólo dos minutos a pie. Hay una tienda local a pocas cuadras de distancia de cualquier almacen artículos que pueda necesitar como, leche, pan, o mantequilla, etc.

We had a great stay! House is in a great location for beach lovers like me. Four of us stayed here comfortably. Loved having a garage for parking, as parking can be hard in the Mission Beach area. We will be staying here again!

We had a great time. It was super easy beach access, and we appreciated that it was a more chill vibe versus how it was closer to Belmont Park so we could go into the hustle and bustle of the restaurant area and then go back to the house and have it be peace and quiet

Great home. Incredible spot. Great value - bikes, beach chairs, garage, close to beach, fire table, amazing deck - so perfect for our family. Owners are awesome, and very easy to communicate with. Would definitely love to stay here again.

Really nice place. Easy access to everything. Clean and convenient. Host was responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely rent again. Mission Beach is a fun area for adults and kids alike. 5 stars all around.

Beautiful house with all you could need for your stay (and more). The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook and there is a grill on the wonderful deck. The hosts are were very helpful from check in to check out. Loved the location and the amazing sunsets on the beach.Highly recommend this lovely property

Your paying for the location which truly is amazing. It’s steps to the beach. The outdoor area is great. The home is quaint and clean. Perfect for small family. Host was attentive and welcoming. Also this is the quieter side of PB. If that’s what ya want , like a totally open beach just for u , it’s perfect.

Our getaway was wonderful at this cozy, beautiful beach home. It was a perfect long weekend with perfect weather. It was well stocked with plenty of supplies for sitting at the beach and even had bikes and boogie boards. It was very close to the beach and a nice walk to Belmont Park. The host was very responsive and we definitely enjoyed ourselves! We will definitely be returning.

Loved our stay. Home was impecable and very well outfitted . Beds are comfortable and plenty of closet space. Location outstanding. A small market and coffee shop within 5 minutes. Host was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!
