Esta casa de piso de planta abierta con todos los detalles finos para que su estancia en San Diego inolvidable y está cerca de todas las atracciones de San Diego. Cuando no fuera ver las vistas disfrutar de la piscina, spa, cascadas, tobogán de agua, fuegos artificiales (verano y Nochevieja) y barbacoa en su oasis en el patio privado. Esta casa es ideal para parejas, familias numerosas, o familias múltiples. Se ofrece algo para todos si desea relajarse o explorar todo lo que San Diego tiene que ofrecer.

    HABITACIONES:
    Gran dormitorio principal se abre en la planta baja hasta un oasis privado en el patio trasero. Salón en la hamaca, tomar un baño por la mañana en la piscina o spa, o simplemente disfrutar del sol en una de las numerosas tumbonas alrededor de la piscina. Tres grandes, espaciosas habitaciones de arriba para descansar o jugar. La cuarta habitación del segundo piso es un área de gran loft con grandes ventanales para disfrutar de vistas panorámicas del océano / bahía. Gran armario de abajo con un montón de toallas adicionales, juguetes y juegos para niños y adultos. Esta casa es ideal para aquellos que viajan con niños. Proporcionamos una cama de aire de tamaño queen y ropa de cama de arreglos para dormir adicionales.

    COMODIDADES:
    Esta casa es el sueño de un artista. Patio trasero viene a la vida en la noche con 40 luces que iluminan suavemente hermosas características de la roca. Fuentes incrustadas en rocas crean cascadas a lo largo de las características de la roca. Relajarse en las tumbonas o tener algo de diversión en el tobogán de 25 pies que se envuelve alrededor de hidromasaje. Hay estado de la tecnología más avanzada de la piscina / spa de solución salina (sin cloro) con luces de varios colores pinwheel digitales para crear el ambiente perfecto. Where do I even begin? This house was absolutely incredible! The location was breathtaking with spectacular views of the bay, making it the perfect home base for our family of five. We were in town for our oldest’s baseball tournament, and the central location made getting to all the different fields a breeze. Meanwhile, our two younger kids completely fell in love with the backyard and pool setup—they honestly never wanted to leave! It was an overall amazing experience, and our kids are already begging to book a second stay. We can't wait to come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Pool was warm with a quickly heating hot tub and perfect slide. Host was friendly and communicative. As with any home, some hiccups that the host addressed as fast as possible with follow up. Comfy beds for a great night sleep, lots for the kids to enjoy. Recommended!

Great place for families, reunions, and if you don't want to spend all of your time out of the house. The backyard was very private and secluded, and had everything from tv, pool w/ slide jacuzzi/spa, fire pit and picnic table. There's an outdoor grill which we used a lot during our stay. Quinn was very attentive and responsive. Home is supplied with most everything you'd need. They only thing that took away from the serenity of the backyard was the neighbor on the right. They had small children and a loud group that didn't really adhere to the 9:30pm-8am quiet period, but that's not this homeowner's fault.

Excellent Property!!

We had such a fantastic time at this property! It’s a perfect spot for families and kids, with so much to do and a house that has everything you need. The views are breathtaking, the beds are super comfy, and there’s plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. We really enjoyed hanging out in the backyard area while the kids had a blast swimming and jumping on the trampoline. We’d definitely recommend this place and can't wait to come back again!

Your own private resort.

We had a very epic time staying at this property. There is so much room for activities. The pool and slide were awesome. Everyone had a great stay. We also liked all the Frenchie items.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful San Diego home! The location was perfect… close to everything we needed, yet tucked away in a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood. The house was spotless and fully stocked with all the essentials, which made settling in so easy. The backyard was truly the highlight for us—our kids loved the pool, hot tub, trampoline, and basketball hoop. It was the perfect space to relax, play, and make lasting family memories. Pacific Beach Paradise

Great property, very clean, easy to get hold of owner. Secluded back yard/pool area. Kids loved the slide! House close enough to Pacific Beach if you like the bar scene but far enough away up the hill for privacy. Would definitely stay again!

Fun house with lots of amenities!

The outdoor space is truly spectacular for kids and grownups a like. We could have been happy just hanging out in the heated pool, using the waterslide, trampoline and hot tub our entire trip. And gym in garage was a nice bonus. A wonderful multi-generational play to stay.

Awesome Family Christmas Getaway!

A HUGE thank you to the Smith family for hosting our San Diego Family Christmas vacation! The property was beautiful and we enjoyed every minute spending time together and playing in San Diego. The property location is excellent and close to all attractions! We loved the backyard, firepits, hot tub and pool area. Vacation Oasis

Our group thoroughly enjoyed the property with something for everyone. The backyard has been designed with every detail considered and we enjoyed the pool, spa, slide, trampoline, basketball hoop, etc. We planned for a couple days to just hang out at the house and those were some of the best days of our vacation! As others mentioned, Quinn was very responsive with any questions we had. This is a great find!

Wonderful Vacation Home

This property is everything you want it to be and more. The whole rental process and communication with Quinn was a breeze. The house is beautiful, very comfortable, inviting and fully stocked with everything you might need during your stay. The backyard pool, slide and spa are like your own little piece of heaven, especially when all lit up at night. My kids really enjoyed playing basketball on the poolside court daily as well. My family had such a great time, I highly recommend this home for your next San Diego/Pacific Beach vacation!!

Beyond Expectations!!!

This is an absolutely beautiful property!! Well kept, and even decorated for the season!! The information as to how to use everything was excellent, and the kitchen was the best equipped that I have every had the luxury to use away from home. The pool and the hot tub were excellent!! The yard was a private resort, and very pet friendly!! Sunset was an activity every evening!! And the Firepit was excellent in the chilly evening? This was a very pleasant experience!! We loved this location

Overall a great place. We will consider renting again. I wish a few things were described better prior to renting. It should be disclosed that the pool is very deep and has very little room for young kids with out swimming skills to play. It would also be helpful to note that the owners of the house have cats and despite the home being very clean and appropriate, the smell of cats is noticeable, especially in the garage.. Overall, we had a wonderful 6 days. The home allows for easy access to the various parks and beaches. .

Best VRBO in San Diego

Our family had an unforgettable stay at this stunning VRBO in San Diego! This house is an absolute gem, offering spacious and beautifully designed indoor and outdoor areas perfect for gathering. Whether we were lounging in the cozy living spaces or enjoying meals together outside, every moment felt special. The property is impeccably stocked—not just with the essentials but with thoughtful extras that made our stay effortless and comfortable.The heated pool was a highlight, maintained at a perfect temperature that had everyone, from kids to parents, splashing around for hours. It’s truly a standout feature! Typically, we opt for beachfront rentals, but this year we chose this larger home just a short drive from the coast. It turned out to be a brilliant decision. The proximity to the beach was ideal, yet we avoided the usual headaches of beachfront stays—no battling for parking or dealing with noisy late-night crowds.This place offered the perfect balance of luxury, convenience, and tranquility, making it a far better experience than our usual beachside rentals. It’s already become our go-to spot for future San Diego trips, and we can’t wait to return! Highly recommend this VRBO for anyone looking for a memorable and hassle-free getaway.

Such a cool pool (but warm)!

Our group of 9 stayed here in mid-February for 10 days and had a great time. We had a bunch of kids with us ranging from ages 2-18. Of course the pool was a smash hit with everyone. The thing which impressed us most was the water temperature. When we travel, we're usually trying to escape the cold weather of our Northwest winters, and while doing so we've stayed in California at various VRBOs with heated pools and they were all pretty freezing -- plus, all of our pool stays so far had included extra charges to heat the water. There were no separate heating charges here, and the water was perfect, even though the pool is quite deep by the waterslide. We had a couple sunny days during our stay, but most of the trip was overcast or rainy, but in spite of that the kids still had a great time swimming. The house was also great and had plenty of room for us, and has been updated beautifully with modern furnishes and a fun, beachy theme. Hope to stay here again sometime.

Amazing vacation spot for all ages!

Amazing vacation spot for all ages! There are simply no words for this wonderful paradise! It was very relaxing for a senior citizens and the grandchildren had a ball in the backyard! The kitchen was very well stocked and it’s the little things that count. Ample supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing detergent, please and laundry detergent. We loved all the outdoor plates so we could relax outside with our meals. Mr. Smith was prompt in responding if I had any questions. Now let’s address the elephant in the room. I know the price is a little steep but it is certainly well worth it. From here we are going to a Long Beach hotel where two rooms will cost $700 a night and will be cramped for in a room . Imagine what we had this last week a whole pool to our self a whole spa to ourselves everybody had their own bed and bedroom. It was glorious. It was well worth the price! We are already planning to come back next year!

Do not book this home for you own safety.

We showed up at check in time and the cleaning service were still going on for the next 30 minutes. We waited for them to finish. We put down our belongings and went to use the pool. We had a few friends come over to use the pool while the sun was out before they were leaving to check into their hotel, there were less than 10 people in total, and it was never mention to us that a few people could not visit during the day outside of quiet hours. The home is also advertised as a 10 person house, and we had a total of 10 people in the home for an hour. If the host does not want 10 people in the home ever, he should not be advertising it as a 10 person house. Again, only 4 were planning on spending the night, like we told the host when we booked it and when he called us. We did not throw a party, we had a few people over that still was within what was allowed to be at the house according to the listing. The home also claimed to be pet friendly, so our friends brought their dog over. The dog was not staying at the house. We had 4 people total staying in the house, and no dog was spending the night. Less than an hour and a half after the cleaning people left and we entered the home, we were called and told to leave immediately, not given any warning. The host was rude, was not listening to reason, and lashed out. He told us there was a complaint about music, but we only had music playing inside of the house at a reasonable volume, wh
