Our Sunset Towers condo overlooks the great Pacific, high atop Sunset Cliffs in Ocean Beach. You're just steps from a favorite surfing and kayaking spot. We're located in a friendly residential community, within walking distance to Ocean Beach shops and dining. Experience this classic California beach town, complete with lots of shops to explore and plenty of beach access.
Ocean Beach is the closest beach community to downtown San Diego, and is also close to the San Diego Zoo, Sea World, and other famous attractions.

Very clean and cute place. Well decorated, felt welcoming. Located in a residential area. Not so sure of what activities were going on across the street but we didn’t like coming back late and walking on the sidewalk to the front of the building (3 women staying alone). The elevator in the garage was available, however I do not use elevators. Only stair option put you outside onto the sidewalk. No beach access at the property.

Our San Diego vacation

We really enjoyed our stay here, and felt at home in this beach house/condo. I appreciated how the interior was likely recently renovated, as it had updated flooring, a nice, clean, well-stocked kitchen, and updated bathrooms, etc. The entire place was clean and just as the photos show. We loved having the windows open to feel the cool ocean breezes, and hear the sound of the waves each day. Our only complaint, which the hosts/owners have zero control over, was that someone would smoke cigarettes every day upwind from the condo and the stinky smoke would blow right into the main bedroom, which was very unfortunate. So then, we would have to quickly shut the window, and open it again later once the person stopped smoking. Other than that, it was so great staying here, and such a bonus to be right next to the ocean, literally, with nothing blocking our view. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time at this property. The view is amazing and we enjoyed watching people time the waves around the walkway! Windows open at night to listen to the ocean.The property was clean, well stocked, communication was excellent, great location. We lacked some information on operating the elevator but received an immediate response.

Favorite vacation rental

We loved this place so much. I have been using vacation rentals since 2015 and this one is my favorite. I love the location. I love the window overlooking the ocean and going to sleep listening to the waves. There were personal touches that made everything easy and accessible. We can’t wait to come back.

great location

the garage wasn't available so that was hard not being able to park easily. this is a busy area hard to find close parkingwhen we checked in the house hadn't been cleaned but I was able to contact them and she came right out and cleaned that day and the next daywhat an amazing place with epic views of the ocean!! We enjoyed our stay even with the hiccups in the beginning we will definitely return!!

Perfect getaway

We loved this place! The location was great and close to the beach, restaurants, hikes. Despite the garage construction, we always found a spot close by to park. The hosts were WONDERFUL and very reachable when needed. The view was perfect for watching sunsets.

Great place on the ocean

We loved sitting out on the patio and listening to the waves. We misread / didn't realize that there wasn't A/C and the place was pretty hot when we arrived but we were able to air it out with the ocean breeze and some fans and that was resolved. The property manager was quick to reply to help us. We really liked everything about the place and if we need a place in Oceanbeach again we will absolutely stay here again.

A True Sunset Gem

The pictures don’t do this property justice. Gorgeous unit with a spectacular view. Very clean and well cared for. The owners obviously put a lot of thought into ensuring their guests have a comfortable stay. Our only regret is not staying longer!

A 5-star stay!

We weathered two atmospheric rivers during our three weeks at Sunset Cliffs, so were even happier that we chose this lovely place to wait out the rains. Everything was as advertised, and the efficient layout of the condo made it feel roomier than its square footage. The hosts were among the best we've had in the 20 years we've been renting condos. Fabulous Location

We absolutely loved our stay at this property, LOVED the view, watching the surfers, sitting on the lovely deck, enjoying the condo. The condo has a very nice layout with two bathrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with a load of dishes. pots and pans, etc. Lots of games for older children. The property is not really equipped for a younger child as there are no toys or games but it was fine, Target is very close. The garage was closed for construction but road parking is everywhere and the farthest we walked was two blocks. The property is a ten minute walk from downtown Ocean Beach with lots of restaurants and coffee shops. Awesome location!

Enjoy serenity with ocean waves

Our family loved sleeping with the windows open hearing the ocean waves! We live in Chicago and visited for a family wedding. The wedding venue was 3 miles away and we really enjoyed our time here. It is close to a market, Target, CVS, Rite Aid, restaurants, and of course, the ocean! We rented a car and having a designated parking spot was very convenient. Neighbors were quiet; we felt safe coming home at night. Great place and will stay again!
