• Downtown setting: You may see homeless individuals nearby, but our home is fully gated & secure

PARTY POLICY
We strictly prohibit large-scale gatherings. However, we do permit small, tasteful events such bachelorette celebrations and family BBQs. Guest count is not to exceed the maximum occupancy of 12. Quiet hours must be respected and the overnight guest count should not exceed your reservation.

To help ensure a peaceful stay for everyone, we have security cameras at the front of the house to monitor guest numbers and pets; we also have a privacy-compliant noise sensor (NoiseAware) that tracks volume levels (but does not record audio).

PET FEE
$150 per Well Behaved dog per night to cover additional cleaning costs. Limit of 2 dogs. Dogs must be crated if left unattended in the home longer than 2 hours, guest must provide the crate. Any unregistered Pet guests will be fined $500. If required, market value typical cost for couch steam cleaning $450, Area rug steam cleaning $200. Please reference our Pet Policy.

EV CHARGING
$25 per overnight charge.

EARLY CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
We are happy to accommodate an additional half-day stay either at the beginning or end of your stay based on availability. Additional fees will vary depending on demand. Please notify us in advance for your quote.

SMOKING POLICY/FIRE RISK
Due to the high risk of fire in our region, both indoor and outdoor smoking is prohibited for everyone's safety. There may be times that the fire pit is unavailable to do increased risk.

Please note that an additional rental agreement is required after booking to ensure the house rules are clearly understood and acknowledged.
