The place was a bit rundown and very dusty. The heat didn’t work in the living room, the fan didn’t work in the master bathroom area, the washer was rusty and the seal on the dryer falling apart. The garage had garbage in it and was very dirty.

Loved the rooftop!

We had a great stay at the property traveling as a family of 5. The house had good sized rooms, was very clean and the location right on mission bay was amazing to wake up to each day. Our favorite was eating on the rooftop and enjoying the fabulous view and weather. Would highly recommend. The kitchen was well appointed, beach chairs and towels were convenient for days on the sand. Property manager was very responsive to our questions. I would recommend the property and would stay here again! It wasn’t an issue for us but important to note there’s 4 levels and no elevator so if you have someone with any trouble walking it will be very challenging for them.

Great family condo on the bay side of San Diego. Everything was clean and upstairs deck was amazing with BBQ and firepit. Rooms were nice and roomy for everyone to be comfortable. A/C was definitely needed during the day.

SDSU Parents Weekend

This was a perfect property for Parents Weekend. The top BBQ area was amazing and having a sand volleyball court in the front was an added surprise. Loved everything about our stay. Response time from the property manager was right away.

This property was fabulous. What great access to the bay, close to the ocean, and perfectly peaceful with a less hectic vibe for the location. The ocean side of Mission Bay is always hectic and crowded. This bay and location was great for young children because they had immediate access to the bay and water sports.

5 Star on Mission Beach

I've stayed at a few different places in Mission Beach/Pacific Beach and this condo is the best! Condo is in really good condition; Online pictures are accurate. The condo is well laid out w 2brms up and a kids room down by the kitchen. Mattresses' are good quality as well. Washer looks a little old but it actually works better than my washing machine at home! The roof deck is quite spectacular and pretty much brand new. The air conditioner works quite well (I've stayed in other condos that had air conditioning but really weren't able to cool the unit; this one is great!) Location is great; right on the beach and the neighbors are quite friendly; The property manager is 5 star as well. The property manager is very responsive and very helpful. Its actually locally managed which is a huge plus.... Ive rented from others that are remotely managed and there is a real difference w a local company; All in all great property; great location and great host/manager!!

Beautiful home

I loved the view from the home. Access to the bay is quick and easy as you are basically right next to the sand. The rooftop is a spectacular view of the water. The home was clean. View from master bedroom is also great. The bunk beds/kids room is on first floor. The other two rooms are on second floor. Overall had a great stay. Thank you for letting us use this beautiful home.

Fabulous Long Family Weekend

The condo is as described. It is right on the Mission Bay beach, so we had a wonderful view of all things beach/water related (and the ocean/boardwalk is only 2 block away). We were a party of 6 adults and one 4-yr.old. There were two bedrooms with ensuite baths, and a third (smaller) bedroom off the kitchen with bunk beds. My daughter (33) and her husband agreed to take the bunk beds and said it was small but comfortable enough to sleep in. The living room/dining room was on the second level of this 4-level condo, so there are a lot of steps--though myself and my wife (both in 70s) were quite able to deal with the steps issue (though carrying our suitcases up to the third level was a bit tiring--but manageable). The kitchen, also on the second level, was well-stocked with basic kitchen utensils, pots/pans, condiments, etc. Though my wife feels that the pots/pans could stand a little updating. Note: the Kurig coffee maker can brew coffee as well as utilize coffee pods--quite nice. The two ensuite bathrooms and bedrooms are on the third level. Very comfortable and roomy. On the fourth level is the rooftop patio--great for a happy hour family time, including chairs and a dining table, and a gas grill (would have been nice if we were told that the auto igniter on the grill didn't work, but we found a flame lighter utensil). There were also 4 nice beach chairs and some sand toys in the first floor entrance. There were 2 spaces in the garage reserved for this unit. As noted by other reviewers, it is a very low and steep entrance to the garage, but both my SUV (Kia Sorento) and my son's SUV were able to navigate down the drive. Note: be careful if you try to open your automatic trunk door in the garage space, if you pulled in too far, the door will hit the ceiling beams. Another point that was not initially noted to us, we were given a key fob to lower the garage gate--it didn't work. When I called the mgt. company, I was told that the HOA disconnected the automatic gate, when it accidentally came down on a car. Also, note to get in front door, you need a 4-digit code that is supplied via email the day you arrive. What wasn't told, but we determined, that to lock the door when leaving the unit, you have to enter the code and then turn the big round knob to lock the deadbolt. Nevertheless, with even some minor issues, this is a wonderful condo, in a terrific location. It was perfect for our family. Would definitely rent it again.
