Summary:

This wonderful green vacation getaway is completely furnished and powered by a solar electric system. All you need to pack is your clothes! Equipped with a microwave, hot plate, toaster oven, filtered water and fridge (along with an available outdoor grill) for your cooking needs. The Murphy bed always gets rave reviews for comfort and convenience. Step-in shower for safety and ease. You even get your own in-unit washer/dryer. The studio is rounded out with its own mini-split heater and AC unit.



The Space:

This is a guest suite that is part of a larger home. The suite is self-contained with a separate entrance and totally private. Coffee-maker & grinder with fresh coffee and milk frothing machine. Fridge is stocked with plenty of water, soda and beer. Plus, we have recently built a 3rd story deck on which you can relax and enjoy a quiet, beautiful San Diego sunset, or perhaps one of the many summer fireworks shows put on by Sea World. We also supply beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, an umbrella, as well as a cooler to keep your drinks cold, if you want to take a trip to the bay or beach.



With views of Mission Bay & south to Sea World & Point Loma. This is perfect for you to enjoy all the activities that make San Diego America's Finest City. Minutes to our beaches, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Little Italy, Balboa Park, The Old Globe Theater, Petco Park, Coronado, La Jolla, fine dining and shopping. Easy access to the Del Mar Racetrack, Lego Land and San Diego Zoo Safari Park. If you are looking for the perfect location to be right in the mix of things without the hustle-bustle & noise - this is the ideal location.



Guest Access:

You have access to your private studio and the shared grounds of the home, including a roof-top deck. There are 2 studios and the host's home that are all part of this property.



The Neighborhood:

Mission Bay is about the most central location in all of San Diego. Easy access to nearly every beach in San Diego; 5 minutes to Sea World; 10 minutes to the Zoo, Gaslamp, Balboa Park; and 15 minutes to the Airport.



Getting Around:

We always recommend a car to get around San Diego, but we are a just quick 5-10 minute walk to the Clairemont Dr. trolley station if you wish to use transit during your visit and Uber/Lyft are also very convenient in San Diego.



Other Things to Note:

For the safety and security of our guests, there are 4 cameras located on the outside of the building, one facing the driveway, 2 along the walkway, and 1 on the 3rd story deck. We do not permit smoking at this property. No pets allowed.



Beach Equipment: despite the inclusion of snorkeling gear, we do not offer it at our rentals



Interaction with Guests:

I love, love, love helping my guests. Whether is it teaching them how to drive to take their driver's license exam or taking guests to Tijuana for some of the best restaurants on the planet (bring your passport!). Check-in is virtual, as you'll be provided with a digital Guest Portal and a personalized door code. Vacation Rentals by Aaron is a full-service property management company, and will be available 24-7 in case you need anything during your stay.
