The property looks great online, and while it does have all the listed features, there seemed to be a level of deferred maintenance. We did let the property management team know upon check out, and they were not only receptive to the information, but also very quick to respond that they would reach out for the details so that they could make sure to fix the issues. (No place is perfect, and when a home is being used as a rental property, these kinds of things are very likely to become an issue over time...the management companies quick responses, and desire to make things right, shows that things will be put to rights quickly at the property. You can't hope for more than that!)

Lovely home for a bigger group!

We loved the property! It was perfect for our group of 7. Anything we needed was easy to get when we sent a message. And seeing the deer was amazing. We’d definitely stay again!

Big house for large family inside the Loop

Overall great experience. House was a great size for my extended family. We came to San Antonio to see my son graduate from Basic Military Training. It is located inside the loop which was great because he was able to come back to the house on Town. We arrived at night so it was a little hard to see the number on the house without an outside light. There was a heating issue so it was 58 degrees inside for 2 days but they sent someone to fix it. Tiny ants in the upstairs bathroom that I made them aware of and I am sure they took care of. Could have used a few more towels.

Christmas Get Together

Home was very nice and in a friendly, quiet neighborhood (frequented by friendly deer). Easy access to malls, The Pearl, eating, entertainment. Comfortable and spacious enough for entire family. Only area we felt could be improved was the cleanliness of the home. Was not 'dirty' however, kitchen and under furniture required some attention. Outside of that, we thoroughly enjoyed the home and it afford us the space to support all in attendance.Thank you for allowing us to use your home for the holiday gathering.

Girls/family annual trip

House was roomy. One of the upstairs bedrooms was super hot couldn’t stay in there. WiFi code that was included in instructions didn’t work but I called and was talked through how to connect using an alternate method. Upon checkout, the kitchen sink wasn’t draining - we hadn’t used it so didn’t report it. Aside from those things, we had a great time. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us. Easy location to highway and convenient to shopping and restaurants. The property management company was responsive when I’d call and that’s what you want. Overall this was a wonderful stay and we hope to be back next year. The only tho g I wish there was an option to check in even 30 minutes earlier without a fee. I asked and you it would be $50. It worked out but I was nervous we might arrive earlier and have to wait outside. I will say 3:00 checkin is better than hotels which is oftentimes 4. So we are happy about that. Good job with Wanderlust.

Eclipse and the Alamo

The house was huge and had a large and charming multi bed and play room. There really are deer everywhere in the neighborhood. We were about 8 miles from the airport and 11 miles from the Alamo. The house was perfect for us.
