Studio with sea view and heavenly pool

In the ANSE DES ROCHERS area, the renovated apartment is located in one of the most beautiful residences in Guadeloupe with its private beach. Located on the second floor with sea view and swimming pool open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., you will find all the comfort you need for an unforgettable stay as a couple, with friends or family.
Located on the second floor of the Bougainvillea Building, you will benefit from an exceptional sea view and swimming pool, the studio has general air conditioning of the building plus a new individual air conditioning to deal with breakdowns of the latter, for your comfort.
You can enjoy the 1000 m² swimming pool and its private beach.
Its fitted kitchen will provide you with all the comfort for lunch and dinner facing the sea.
The bathroom, with its washing machine, is equipped with a multi-jet shower cabin.
You will have in the sleeping area, a double bed and two bunk beds in the entrance hall, which guarantees you four real beds.

The residence is about 3 km from Saint-François. It is secured by a badge portal and monitored by a security guard.
Transport:
A car is essential. We will recommend a rental company near the site.
Other remarks:
The linen is included: sheets, towels.
For cleaning you have the choice: either you return the accommodation in the state of arrival or you prefer the cleaning option (50 €).
Any entry or exit between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m., you will be asked 25 € extra.
The owner cannot be held responsible in the event of a possible water cut in the residence.

Voyage guadeloupe

La guadeloupe est une belle ile, tres beaux paysages, gens sympathiques acueillants, diversite faune et flore. Par contre pour la proprete, l’organisation , la gestion de l’environnement, il y a un gros effort a faire, cette ile deviendrait magnifique. Pour ce qui est de notre gite, evidemment qu’il faut se mettre en mode europeen, espace tres petit mais fonctionnel. Etant donne la problematique d’approvisionnement en eau en Guadeloupe, un effort devrait etre mis pour ajouter des reducteur d’esu aux robinets, et vue la chaleur presente en tout temps, l’ajout de ventilateur portatif ameliorerait le confort sur les balcons surtout lorsqu’il ne vente pas. Et pour tous les visiteurs la presence de sarguasse tres marquee sur la majorite des plages doit etre pris en consideration pour leur sejour. Somme tout tres beau voyage et nous recommandons un sejour en Guadeloupe.

Appartement idéalement situé dans la résidence, magnifique vu sur la mer, la piscine et le levé du soleil. Je recommande cette location ou nous avons passés un agréable séjour. Moins de 10 mins en voiture de Saint Francois.

Tout simplement parfait

Résidence superbe, bien entretenue, piscine paradisiaque, plage privée avec un resto super sympa. Intérieur du logement propre, fonctionnel. Etre au 1er étage évite quand même pas mal de désagréments liés aux moustiques. Vue splendide, quel bonheur de prendre son café le matin avec cela... Bref, que du positif. Accueil parfait de Nadège, hyper arrangeante. Nous reviendrons, c'est sûr.

Perfect vacation!

The studio was perfect. Small but well organized and the perfect size for our family of two adults and two kids. The pool was meters away and also the idyllic beach. Sonia and her husband met us there and communicated well, despite the unfortunate fact that we don’t speak French. The only problem was our vacation was too short!!

The appartment has everything you need, comfortable beds and nice view from the balcony. Our kids loved to spend time in the pool, it was very well mainteined and not crowded. We truly enjoyed our stay.
