The room fit and fondue do not reflect the price - layouts are quite strange, ie. no sink on the same floor as the toilet and shower. "Room was the smallest we’ve ever experienced. Almost impossible to get to opposite side of bed without hitting your head on the tv mounted on the wall. Bathroom had a horrible room layout - your knees hit the wall in front of you as you sat on the toilet. Worse than a toilet on a plane. A/C did not work, room was very hot. Don’t waste your money on this place."

"The location is excellent and the hotel itself is beautiful. The staff are friendly and the amenities, including the free snacks, are great. The view from the river facing room was beautiful and the corner unit had so many windows. The only negative is the bed: is is really hard which on its own is not the issue but combined with the very rough bed linens, it was a bit much. I understand that they are trying to be eco-friendly but surely there are more comfortable/smooth eco-friendly materials....
